Ken was courteous and friendly and very capable explaining everything to me and answering my questions. I was so pleased from the very beginning he arranged his schedule to be here during the Erie Insurance adjusters roof assessment to make sure all our outbuildings were inspected as well as our house and barn and that we received a detailed check on everything. Then he also explained the 80 page report to me and walked us through the paperwork as to what coverage Erie would provide.
He and Angel were a pleasure to work with and responded very quickly to any questions and kept communication open throughout the process.
