unfortunately, I am not likely to recommend chisel for a remodel. I don’t have knowledge of their new homes and the quality of the build in the new like which I hope is much better. But when it comes to remodel opportunity, it is not a name that I would share it with friends and family. Now, perhaps we just got the lowest of the low in subcontractor craftsmanship, but within a few short months after completion of the remodel, there’s major problems that we’re going to have to have someone else come in and fix. We have grout that is crumbling, a shower room that is not graded correctly and isn’t directing water to the train, leaving standing water, we have an ADA grab bar that is unusable because it wasn’t mounted into a stud, we have flooring chipping, we had cosmetic things like sanding and paint already redone, we have doors that don’t properly fit over a pantry, we have un sealed, spinning, Spicket that collected water at their base. the list goes in
