Salesperson, James, needs to make the homeowner understand expansion lines when it comes to covering the floor.

The work is a great statement all my friends and family love and envy my garage looks AMAZING!!

Didn’t deliver what sales promised. Was sold that covering would go up the first part of the sidewall and cover the ugly cement piece which goes up about 8 inches. Installer said they could not do that due to there being an expansion strip around the garage and that I’d have to paint it to make it look decent. I subsequently checked and found out that they could have put a different kind of substance in the expansion joint that wouldn’t move with expansion and crack the new covering.
It now looks like **** so much that I don’t show it to my neighbors as I had hoped. House 4 doors down from me with identical construction had the sides covered and it looks great but not by your company.

The representative came on time. He was very knowledgeable about the process.

If I know ANYONE who is looking for floor finishes or home renovations that your company does, I will absolutely recommend that they look elsewhere first. I will caution them about your salesmen exaggerating or outright lying to get the sale, then the utter lack of follow-up on sub-par customer interactions. Courtesy earned the 4. If the people I talked with hadn't been respectful and courteous, my rating would have been lower. If I'd recieved the promised callbacks and offered any consideration for the lies, all ratings would have been higher.

Left my driveway a total mess. I sent pics to Danny Hernandez. So far NO RESPONSE.

Initial installation was botched - blisters and areas with little or no top coat. Sandpaper rough surface many areas. Service manager ignored my many requests for remediation. Service group finally called after two weeks; scheduled a repair date then changed it AFTER I spent $700.00 to empty the garage! Sales would not give me a name or phone number of a person in charge. All in all, Reunity made a simple job into a horrendous chore. I have already advised three neighbors to avoid using Reunity for any home projects.

The job is not complete and we have no idea when it will be. Not what was told to us by sales person.

Everyone was prompt and knowledgeable

Insufficient sealer provided technicians to complete job resulting in several delays. All avoidable if sufficient sealer sent on first trip.

No! Ran out of material. The one-day installation was extended.

The quality of the workmanship was while beyond our expectations. You could tell the crew was not going to leave until they were completely satisfied, no “ I can’t see it from my house” Never had to pint any thing out or asked a question. They were focused and committed to go over and beyond to insure our satisfaction!

The installers were exelant. They were very good at their job and they were both extremely friendly but most of all proficient.
I was impressed with how clean they left the work area.

Would have been great to have it completed on the first day. Had scheduled to be off to finish putting furniture back but couldn’t due to work not being completed. Crew was very nice and respectful. I understand things happen but it has been an inconvenience. Work started on a Friday completed on Wednesday.

Yes relative good experience, except for the scheduling. Seem to be a disconnect between the team doing the install and the back office support team

Professional job

More thorough instructions prior to arrival. Get the job completed in one visit on one day. It was very inconvenient for me. My belongings and cars were displaced for two plus weeks. The floor doesn’t look even because they had to return to finish one section and it looks different from the others. The wall project hasn’t been completed. Everyone keeps saying that’s the cabinet crew.

Overall a beautiful floor. But a hazrd if you are no carfull, the storage room is a big issue, the cavity in front porch is a issue, and the sharp efges on the curb around the floor are.

I cannot answer yet. The flooring was finished today but cannot walk on it. And the Cabinets are too far out - in December. Do not like that there is this much gap time between the two processes. Everything from garage is outside, including refrigerator. I live in a community with HOA restrictions and all garage contents are sitting outside, on my porch and some things inside sitting ed in the middle of my floor.

On time. Took great care in keeping work contained to work area only-no sloppiness or splattering of walls. Excellent cleanup when finished. Clear directions of when to move items on finished areas.

Total satisfaction with the process from start to finish

It was so easy! The hardest part was making the choice of which color to use. So many choices!!

Need better pre installation communication

Disconnect between sales and execution.

They were very quick and did a beautiful job on the garage floor. However, there were a lot of things in th garage that are now covered in concrete dust. I wish they cleaned a little more up.
