We just had a roof completed in the last 2 days. We could not have been more pleased. The crew and the crew boss were great workers and very easy to deal with. We were concerned that our landscaping would be damaged, but nothing was hurt or damaged even though the old roof had to be removed. They did a spectacular job on the roof and professionally covered around the chimney. The crew cleaned around the house and the yard several times cleaning up all nails and debris. I checked after they left and found not one nail or scrap of anything. Our sales rep. Nick West was so kind and easy to work with through the whole process. He kept in touch with us and on the day of completion, he examined the entire roof and made sure everything was done properly. We really appreciated his kindness and availability. We would definitely recommend Nick and his crew and give them an A+ rating.

After getting 5 quotes & being disappointed by 5 companies, I decided to go with Chapman. I'm glad I did because Chapman Construction is clearly a top tier company. Thier quality of service & workmanship is second to none. My home is less than 100k, but when I connected with Chris Davidson he treated it like was his number one priority. Chris discussed all my options & packages. He was honest & straight forward on cost & nessecity. Never misled or sidestepped questions. Insurance wouldn't pay the funds so Chris battled insurance for me & got a huge check (without requiring me to sign any intent to contract them documents). He was on the jobsite at 5am with his team, ready to go.

He walked the property & answered all my questions, even the ones pertaining to services they do not sell. The house is almost 100 years old & when we hit some unexpected spots of damage Chapman didn't bat an eye. I was able to work with his leads Murdock & Mario to find solutions & push forward quickly without sacrificing quality or overrunning my budget. They went above & beyond any expectations I had in every aspect, and at the end they left my house cleaner than when they arrived with a stunning roof!

I will be using Chapman Construction from now on for all my work. Anyone who doesn't do this is dumber than a dummy.
