Commitment to satisfying the customer

From sales man to accounting department was a disaster

Communications with each other in ordering , receiving, work crew. Making sure all parts are all there before installation starts. Most important that the order is correct as given by the client.

The windows are very well made and have fantastic features.

Outstanding Service, cleaned up fantastic without a mess! Staff is excellent! Derek, Cody, John,Cathy ,and So much more staff!! The service is Fantastic!Beautiful Windows! Highly recommended

After six month, my home project still isn't completed. Door measurements after four or more measuring still isn't complete. I've received no real communication from anyone of why this keep happening.

It didn’t take long to get them in. I just wish they would’ve come faster.

Salesman did not try to oversell us.

On time professional installation understanding quality work job well done

Team leader and was professional from start to finish.

I really liked the professionalism of the install manager and build team

This was a very positive experience. I would recommend Champion to others. A lot of people are asking who did the work. They are considering getting their windows done as well. I am more than happy to tell them Champion.

Everyone is pleasent

Get a lead who communicates

The door is nice. Install was smooth. Took off a couple of stars due to length of wait time and communications.

The whole process was not easy, starting with the contract thru installation, one problem after another6

The quality of the work is very good, but the cost is high. Wish I had shopped around more.

I will recommend Champion Windows to any one I know for quality and excellence on a job week done! Great Satisfaction.

Outstanding product and people do what they promise.

I’ve had too many issues with this process. The first order has the wrong size for the windows and they were trying to fill 3-4 inches of space with foam insulation and cover it up with what I call sticky plastic.

Communication needs to be better
