Neat, good clean up.

Miguel was the salesperson. He gave me a price which was expensive but said that when the installation was finished, he would get back to us for the final price. He promised it would probably go down but needed to quote a price down on the contract. So an amendment was done and price lowered to $16+.
The guys came to measure the windows.
A few weeks go by and I called Miguel on his cellphone. He informed me that he quit Champion and I would have to call the office. He said not to worry about anything & we spoke about his family, etc.
Within a couple of days a woman from Champion called & said the installers would be coming.
Well, between the communication of the measurements of the windows and the installers had a communication problem with the bay window. There were phone calls between Jeremy, supervisor and installers. It was decided that some of the brick had to be sawed. I had to leave during this time to go to my birthday luncheon.
When I returned home, the Installers were finishing up and I spoke to them. They were frantic, hot and tired.
So, I was upset…
Jeremy, the Champion Supervisor… I asked him why the installers had so much trouble and where was he?!?! He responded that he was receiving lots of calls but he couldn’t help them… he responded that they should know what to do. I asked him about the contract and if they were done, would the contract be amended to $14+? He said he’d find out for me.
Jeremy agreed with me. The installers should have cleaned up the brick mess and clean the windows and he admitted that Champion should have done better.
Jeremy said that Miguel got fired and was a no good salesman. He also spoke about his personal life saying he needs an attorney to help him with his expire and pays $400 a week in child support. I got him names of attorneys to help him.
I texted Miguel about the contract price because Jeremy said he needed more information about reducing the contract price because Jeremy said Miguel wouldn’t answer him. Jeremy insisted that I sign off on the contract. He also said he’d be back to pickup the brick dust and clean the windows, first thing in the morning. Did I hear from him the next day? No. So I text him to forget it. I forwarded the text I sent to Miguel but Miguel didnt respond. I have had it with Champion.

We are mostly happy with the product but the price may be a major hurdle for most people.

Lots of broken bits of glass left on ground.

Sales and installation process was very well explained and executed.

Never received a second voucher as promised. And, some dry rotted wood wasn't replaced just some poorly patched and other areas ignored then covered up.

The quality of the product was very good so was the installation. But it took a while to get the glass.

The installation was easy to schedule, went quickly, and I'm loving the results.

One door was measured incorrectly had to wake another month for installation.

Huge issue with the doors received and the only resolution was $150 gift card and the offer to let me buy even more doors. You would think after spending over 30k in windows and 10k in doors they would do more to make things right. Once they get your money they can care less about you.

I enjoyed the entire process, from the interaction of the sales representative to the professionalism of the installation! I would gladly use them again!

Champion Windows did a fantastic job, the windows are beautiful and the installation was flawless.

The crew worked fast and very synchronized. They keep areas clean as they installed each window. We have 11 windows replaced the same day. The guys ware respectful and attentive to our requests. We love our new windows and the experience was a pleasant one.

If you're thinking about replacing your windows champion would be your best choice.

Windows look great and appear to be performing as expected.

Sloppy work. Champion windows was contacted about the descrepancies. they scheduled a correction appointment from 12 to 4;00 PM. I lost 4 hours of work champion tech never showed up. There are still gaps that need to be calked. Champion does not appear to be too concerned about fixing the problem.

One of the windows is not level

Installation scheduler Garrett Jackson, is unprofessional. Installers did not show up and he lied about changing the time and laughed about it. He called me back after laughing, and I told him what I thought of his disrespect.. Still no apology. So I can not recommend this company to any family or friends.

The glass was advertised to resist heat. We had upwards of 108 degrees surface temp on the interior. Then we were told its the surrounding metal causing the heat. We know it gets really hot in SA but we were buying under the belief that it would be much cooler. Very expensive as well.

The widows are great. I would have appreciated if the installation crew would have moved furniture back in place, reattached the blinds, and cleaned the windows from their hand prints

I like the quality of the windows themselves, however it is five days later and no one as returned to finish the job. our heavy furniture is in middle of our living room and blinds laying on them. We were told they would be back the next day to hang blinds back up but we have not heard anything. We are in our 80s and can not move this stuff.

I liked the sales presentation, and I liked the install, and I love the door. I will be very honest the communication from the time of sale until the install was very poor. I called a couple of times just to get an update on the status of the project and did not ever get returned calls. I finally found out the status by contacting my sales person who was very prompt in his reply.
