Having customers pre paid for 95% of the product before it even gets installed does not imply confidence in the company. Also the so called “ free vacation” comes w a charge o minimum $300. That is NOT a “free vacation”. Very misleading

Your sale tactic of sign today is what puts me off. I will not recommend you to any of my friends with a high pressure sales pressure. Had I not done research beforehand and had some previous offers I would have sent you home without looking at your product.

Numerous issues. Did not meet install deadline, told we would have three panes of glass and only have two, told to replace all windows but missed one and charged us extra for their mistake, poor response.

Their finance company charges 25% interest. . The door seems quitesturdy, the installers did a wonderful job.

Windows are great but your installers and you lack of giving any thing the truth. I have been waiting along time and you always have a excuse of why you can't make the trip to fix my screen

Fast installation and attentive after the fact

Keeping install schedule under any circumstances; my installation was prosponded for a whole week.

Your crew arrived as requested and very courteous, professional, and fast. The results are exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

The first county inspection failed because three screws are missing and one isn't fully installed. Follow-up completion of the job and final inspection are not schedule yet. I don't like the delay!

Friendly fast and no mess left

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. The sales person left the company and I was left with no one looking out for me or my order and my interests. It would have been great had Champion called me and informed me that the representative was no longer with them and “assiged” a new rep to look out for me and my order. Also, An amendment was sent separating the windows from the doors and I was unaware it was waiting approval.

There was one door in the garage, which
desperately needed to be changed (even has a hole) but was overlooked - need to spend time to order one now.

I really didn't want white but with the lack of communication and the order being in limbo, I opted to let things lie and go with the flow, and hope, without litigation, wait patiently for windows and doors I paid over 20K cash for.

The installers should be a little more cautious with their tools. Drills and hammers were left on a glass table - no regard that they may scratch or break the glass. A heavy rug was thrown on top of delicate plants (which damaged some plants needlessly ).

Did great with out windows, which we love, but also contracted to do our 3 French doors and main entry door with its sides lights and circle top. While the French doors came out great, the sidelights and circle top window had to be reordered because they measuring guy made bad errors and fortunately pure installer checked first to make sure they were the right fit and they most definitely were INCHES too small. Also, they don’t do trim molding, so we have to contract someone else to do that!

Your voicemail system is a nightmare. No one calls back. For 3 weeks I called all three phone numbers I had twice a day and left messages on all three numbers. When I finally didn't follow the directions, only then did I finally get a live person and then things started moving. 1st thing that happened was we were asked for more money for an oversight on Chamions part. For a while we thought we were being scammed.

I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend, but also would not go out of my way to not recommend either.
