I don’t like the fact that the new door arrived with multiple paint chips showing the white primer underneath the bronze paint. That is totally unacceptable.

The sales portion went smooth but the completion of the contract was a nightmare with multiple mistakes. The company did correct the issues as the came up really quickly which was fantastic. I also wanted siding for my home which I was reassured they could do but when getting a quote they said otherwise and refused to get me one. Install went fantastic crews did amazing work.

Better organization

I had lots of problems with the door. Some have been corrected. There was a quarter inch gap in the one door at the bottom, it is a double door and the hardware to open the door wasn’t straight and not even. The worst was the lock is broken and it will be 2 weeks to get a new one and I have to put a lock that looks like a bike lock on to lock it. That is a real pain. I wonder if it really is a good quality door as I was told.

Windows installed were not what we thought we bought. Disappointed.

Was told many things that did not happen. Waited 6 months to get installed and the hurricane shutter rails in the bay window did not fit after installation

No follow up on the many calls I have made to complete and clean up my problems with caulking and window frame that was cut short and they used a ton of caulk to cover up and put in a screen with a hole in the center.

Very consistent and conscientious follow through on the custom build windows. Repeatedly reporting the progress of the build was appreciated by us. The completion was accomplished ahead of original schedule. The install was done by two very polite professionals that did a superb perfectionist job. There was no last minute changes in the price of things.
Overall this has been a quality job by a trustworthy company.

The county inspection is not done yet after 2 weeks and promised warranty repair to the window lock is not done.

I was told they would remove the old hardware that was for mounting the hurricane shutters before putting in the new windows. That still has not happened!
