Working with Champion Windows of Columbia was a wonderful experience for me and I am very pleased with my results. The entire crew I worked with was very professional and the work completed was amazing and of great quality work.

We ordered window around first week of April. Stated to us it would be about 4 weeks. Then received info stating window was ordered incorrectly. After next 4 weeks we were told technician broke the window. Said they would put a rush on it. Still 2 weeks later we didn't have a window. What's your definition of rush? Then downhill from there even with installation. Based on our 3 1/2 mth experience I wouldn't recommend Champion.

Bay window installation is great love it. John, Sean Tom and Kimberly were great to work with from start to finish excellent service excellent teamwork.

Don't make the customer feel pressured to sign an agreement. Have more people on the install team to speed up the process.

From start to finish, every representative that was involved in the process was professional and kept me updated on my project.

Although it was an acceptable experience, it was somewhat disconcerting to have 4 strangers in our home speaking Portuguese. They were all from Brazil. Their broken English was difficult to understand at times when they were attempting to answer my questions. Other than that, they behaved in a professional manner, and for all practical purposes they did good work.

The windows are high quality and attractive. We are so happy to have clean, clear, easy to use windows and screens now. I can’t stop looking out and smiling.

I love the way the windows sway inside to clean the outside window. Also, the light tint that you can see outdoors. People have to get close to windows to see in. The cleaner is remarkable. Courtney Goulder was my window expert to guide me the correct selection.

I was impressed with Damian, the sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, Jermey was also very helpful and did a great job at keeping me informed of everything from ordering to the install on the windows. The team that installed the windows were very professional, organized, and they kept everything cleaned. I am sorry I don’t recall their names, but I can’t say it enough how awesome these guys were.

Installation was a nightmare this time. They did not properly install the windows the first time. Had to come back out and remove and reinstall windows. Third trip was to cleanup caulk left behind from installation. I’m still not happy with the results but the windows are fine.

The three lovely gentlemen who did the work were better than wonderful!
