I love the way the windows sway inside to clean the outside window. Also, the light tint that you can see outdoors. People have to get close to windows to see in. The cleaner is remarkable. Courtney Goulder was my window expert to guide me the correct selection.

I was impressed with Damian, the sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, Jermey was also very helpful and did a great job at keeping me informed of everything from ordering to the install on the windows. The team that installed the windows were very professional, organized, and they kept everything cleaned. I am sorry I don’t recall their names, but I can’t say it enough how awesome these guys were.

Installation was a nightmare this time. They did not properly install the windows the first time. Had to come back out and remove and reinstall windows. Third trip was to cleanup caulk left behind from installation. I’m still not happy with the results but the windows are fine.

The three lovely gentlemen who did the work were better than wonderful!

Installation professional was excellent. Site management non existent which doubled installation period. In hindsight, it is advisable to view samples and cover measurements, particularly when width and depth are key to aesthetic preferences. Don’t rely on pictures. Lesson learned.

They really helped us become knowledgeable about their products and windows, in general. They were quick to respond to the issue we had with the screen. Even the woman I spoke to in the office about having a copy of our contract emailed to me--she was so nice and helped me to decipher the blurred text of what I was looking at. Despite the fact that we signed off on the tan/tan (instead of tan exterior/white interior), we are satisfied with the overall look, quality and experience.

No recommendation for at least a year.

My entire overall experience with Champion was great from the salesman Damian who spent time and extra time answering all questions and getting to know my family and our expected needs. To Jeremy scheduling work to have our door and windows installed. Both crews that preformed the work were polite and professional, they answered any questions I had while the work was being performed. Door crew had a minor issue with the door being installed but was able to get it corrected and completed. I look forward to do business again for my future projects.

The only tricky bit is the price. In 2018, in NJ, I had another company install 13 windows for just about $3,000.00. I just bought 1 double sliding window and 2 small bathroom sized windows for about double the price. Money is still tight and is a real issue.

The Installer, John, and his Boss, Dennis, were the only saving grace after the initial installation. The workers who came to place the temporary coverage of the open spaces did a shoddy job.

The process went well.
