In the beginning, there was no communication. I was a little disappointed with that. Communication is really important. They didn't communicate well on when they were going to do the roof or the siding. They were supposed to be here like three weeks ago and just showed up. The installers are good and did a nice job. They are nice, respectable people. My only issue was with their communication.
