Very prompt response to my request for estimate. Bradley was very patient and obviously knowledgeable about the job and the product. He clearly communicated the process for the job and kept that communication going throughout the entire job.

The onsite crew worked very hard at the beginning of our project for 12+ hours a day. However, they were not as detail oriented as I had hoped, and rushed the end of the job. They left a 2' x 3' hole to our attic for almost 48 hours, and damaged two of our walkway lights. The crew did not caulk the roof line correctly, leaving gaps to the attic space, and the final touches near the roof line, along the chimney, around a flood light, and the final window wrapping were messy. The biggest error was that they forgot to add intake vents to both the front and back of our roof. Marc Kania, our project manager, made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. However, it took 2 additional days to fix what the original crew could have done right in the last 6 hours.
