The actual work done was fine, but had to deal with months of delays, scheduling and billing issues. Too lengthy to get into here, but would not put myself through it again. Work has been done a month and the final bill has still not been reconciled.

BoyerPentek employees who have made contact with us and provided service have been very personable and knowledgeable. The restoration began quickly and I was very pleased. Chris who came first and did some of the major cleaning needed on the stove top and sink area was excellent. Angel's cleaning service was okay. I would not rate them high as they totally missed some areas and actually damaged a couple items but did not mention them to me. I realize they had a lot to clean but only seemed to have a few hours to complete the job. The air duct cleaning went extremely well, and I was very pleased. Chris did a very good job on the carpet cleaning. The painters were exceptional!!! I was amazed at their expertise and speed. While all of this went well, it seems things stalled. I have not received any word on the kitchen cabinet that was taken to be refinished. When Mike came to finish fixing the sink, installing new pipes under the sink, and the garbage disposal and faucet, he contacted BoyerPentek about the sink and counters that also need replaced because of damage that was not originally noticed. Since then, I have not received any communication other than this survey. To be honest I am quite concerned. I cannot believe that it has been almost two months, and I have no idea how long it will take for the restoration to be completed.

B&P is great with communicating when things are going to be happening. They show up when they say they will show up and do what needs to be done.

Diego was absolutely 100% helpful. He was constantly communicating with us about any delays or what was going on next. He needs to be highly commended.

I would rather die than work with these crooks again.

BoyerPentek has been astounding for us during an extremely hard time.

The work was great, quick and the communication was easy. It was as seamless as could be.

They set appropriate expectations on completing the work, were responsive whenever I called them, showed up on time, cleaned up during and after their work, and were exceptionally pleasant to work with. Recommended.

I Had a small bathroom repaired for damage from leaky pipes. And a joining well repaired in the next room. Carpet and dry wall replaced to game room from the above damage. The bathroom needed a new floor, new ceramic towel and a new vanity. Also needed repainted. The spare room wall needed new dry wall and repainted. I do realize this was a pandemic and it took awhile to get some items delivered. This process however, took 11months to complete and; I had to call repeatedly to get updates. When they said it was all done ,the bathroom still leaked as the floor did not reach the tub and they did not caulk around it. The wall socket in the next room was cracked and needed replaced. The wall socket in the game room had foam insulation coming through it. The carpet was laid before they painted the wall in the game room so therefor there was a line of the previous paint color above the carpet. One of the walls, that had some duct tape on was painted over duct tape and all. This whole project could have been done in a week or less. I would have been happy with 3 months, however 11months later is not acceptable.. a

They were very personable, accomodating, responsive, and made the process easier for me. They were an awesome company.

Once BoyerPentek got started they stayed until finished. The work was good and professional.

Seth was really nice to deal with. But, took forever to get done. And the carpet they put down is already coming up in spots.

Boyer Pentek did a wonderful job of repairing our home after we had water leak from a toilet seal going bad into the room below. They repaired the drywall, retextured the ceiling, painted and carpeted the room. I also hired them to replace the carpet in the rest of the house due to how wonderful all of the contractors were who came into my house. They were clean, nice, and very professional.

John was the supervisor and I enjoyed working with him. There were a lot of things going on. They did a wonderful job and John was always getting back to me. We agreed upon things. It was slow in the beginning and it was a timing thing, but overall they did a nice job. We started in October and we went back and forth with the upgrades. They couldn't do some things, but not through any fault of theirs. Overall, they adhered to all of our requests and they came through.

If it wasn't for the insurance company picking them they would have never been out here.

Additional Comments - They did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything and I don't have any problems. I would recommend them because my insurance likes them and I like them too. I'm waiting for the city to send me the $500 so I can give it to BoyerPentek. If they don't pay it, I'll make sure to pay BoyerPentek.

The work was extremely professional. They were excellent at the job but also very accommodating and friendly. A car crashed into our home and they were there right away. My husband is disabled and they took that into account while doing the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Additional Comments - I realize the dark gray 12" x 12" ceramic tile is not readily available thru BoyerPentek suppliers in vinyl or ceramic tile and has delayed work being completed. Also that this is a small job to be yet completed However, I have located an acceptable product by Flooring 2000 Galaxy Nero dark gray slate 12"x12" tile at Lowe's DIY store in nearby West Mifflin PA. I did not rate all at a 4 star due to total restoration is still not complete as of this date.But hopping could be completed soon as this has been a long completion process for us with much patience on our part. Never again. I got tired of calling and just let them show up when they did. They didn’t start till after our completion date. Impossible to get a return phone call.

We found BoyerPentek to be highly professional. They did a superb job on my aunt's house. They went above and beyond for us. Allstate did a marvelous job as well. Everything is excellent, and I would highly recommend them.
