All phases

Met the schedule with no delay.
Quality workmanship.

BlueSky was not involved in the project, but they were a go-between. Peripherally, the management company has nothing to do with the quality or outcome of the project and doesn't involve themselves in the actual work.

Based on the work crew that was sent to my house, I cannot recommend BluSky to any of my friends. Although hardworking, the guys did not have any common sense with regards to the owner’s personal property, job site cleanliness, both inside and outside of the home, or the owner’s private time and space concerns.

Matt was great and did a very good job

I was very happy Ian, who was my project manager. He kept me informed and was reliable and professional.

Excellent workmanship and communication

Very professional and responsive.

Lack of communication with me, my last text to the project managers was a question that still hasn't been answered over a week later. Also poor coordination with building regarding work restrictions despite the fact that the same team had been working in the building for weeks.

BluSky Restoration is very responsive.

Satisfied with the experience.

It took entirely too long to to get the crew to the site and get the work completed. The job was completed in a workman like manner once the crew and scheduling issues wee resolved.

Great job for the installation of the damaged siding.

Good

BluSky is fantastic. They do a great job.

Responded promptly. Good job on the work. Found a new problem which they declined to work on.

I wrote a complete review and you chose to ignore it!

They were quick to respond when we had a problem and were at the house within one hour. They did such a great job demolishing our project we hired them for the restoration portion.

Blusky was doing reconstruction after flood mitigation in our family room. They met all their schedules and estimates in a timely manner and were very helpful with even helping move our displaced boxes from the flood back into place.

Very pleasant and easy to work with

Blusky was professional from beginning until end. All the people I interacted with were pleasant and polite.
Their work ethic was exceptional and we were very pleased with the quality of work

One of the best contractors I’ve worked with.

I am truly happy that my insurance co. USAA recommended BluSky Restoration Contractors to me to fix a flooding issue I came back to last November while away due to a radiator valve failing.

Most definitely would recommend. Thank you for your staff and service.

The restoration of the basement took three months. if the crew was there every day,it would have been done sooner

Eddie did terrific work and was very professional. Jeff communicated clearly throughout the process. Thank you, Blue Sky!

BlueSky crew were prompt, did great work, kept me up to date on progress and cleaned up after completing. The work looks great and appreciated BlueSkys rofessionalism.
