Asbestos abatement was expensive and failed to contain all toxic asbestos materials. Tile and drywall was removed around the base of the whole bathroom room from unaffected areas without asking us ahead of time. Small areas of asbestos drywall remain on a wall that were affected by flooding around the window frame that I will have to remove myself before construction.

I was impressed how each team member was so kind and responsive. They never seemed to tire of my endless questions and explained everything thoroughly.

They came right away and began removing water and damaged flooring.

They did an excellent job on matching my cupboards. I have no complaints on that. They were very well done and they have completed most of the work. They only have one more project that they have to do. They had to order a battery for my blinds. They have done very well. We had some problems with the drapes when they came back. I don't blame it on them. They sent them out and outsourced them. They came back and they were not satisfactory. They did offer to pay to have them recleaned or repressed. I know the people who we worked with before and I wanted that company that was local. They didn't need to ship them out. They weren't in good shape when they came back because they weren't pressed correctly. They were very prompt in getting that. We did that yesterday. I think the battery is the only thing left. I have no complaints.
