I was very impressed with the amount of communication and the level of work they did.
There are too many crews. You need to have 1 crew from start to finish. The crew that rips your house apart is not the same crew that puts it back together. While yes, they take pictures and video, it is not the same as physically being there. When it came to putting things back together, it was rough. the trade partners were a nightmare. kind, yes, educated on the job, hard no. I still have the caramel colored floor glue on my freshly painted wall from one of the crews that were sent to my house. BS should consider themselves lucky I was comfortable enough with the project manager, "Jimmy" James, to let him know that things weren't going well. When he told me the trade partner was fired and told not to come back to the property they still showed up. When I got upset with him that they were calling me and texting me after "firing" them he follows up with, well that's why I was shocked you wanted me to give them your number. That is not at all the case. I have messages asking if he could share my number and I just said yes. The whole pushing the blame nonsense I got from Jimmy was super irritating. I felt like my standards were too high or that I was extra. I just wanted my really nice house put back together... really well. I felt like putting my house back together well, was almost annoying to them.

Jared and Jeremy were great.
Friendly. Courteous and efficient

The biggest thing is the incident happened on June 18, and it was not that big of a deal, and the damage was not the extent it shoul dhave been, everything had gone through to insurance and it should not have taken as long as it did. There could have been better water litigation. Because of the way they did the tarp on the roof, the water got inside and created more damage and issues than there should have been. Bluesky is who laid the tarp originally.
The price was extremely high. I questioned the bill and found out I was billed for items that were never done at my home. Once I disputed the specific service, the charge was adjusted but the amount charged still seems very high. I wonder if the time billed was inflated as well? The invoice is not very specific. Project Manager stated the notes weren't very clear either
1000 dollars an hour
Excellent Service and Communication throughout
I do not want to leave a statement.
There were periods of time when communication was lacking, and the project went way longer than we were told.
Cost of work was almost triple of what was quoted. Charged for hours that workers were not present at the job site (at job site for 15-25 minutes and was charged for 6 hours). Unwilling to work on price once work was completed.

The quality of work by Jared, Kelly and Aaron was outstanding; however, you need about 10 more of workers like them to make Blu Sky be a company I would recommend. Little residential jobs is NOT the company’s forte for sure. What was 15 full days worth of work, took Blu Sky 4.5 months to complete.
I would recommend maybe a separate residential division with finishing carpenters as homeowners don’t want their house put back together like it’s Walmart building.
Lights were damaged in the removal of the drywall, smoke saturated installation was left or moved to another area instead of being removed. Damaged doors were also placed into the ceiling inside of being removed in demo. The roof was not tarp correctly and when it rained in rained inside the building for weeks.

I had an emergency, and I called Scott, and they came right away and got things going. All the guys coming here did a great job, and the painter was excellent. They had issues with my Berber carpet, but they got someone to take care of it.
BluSky was recommended by our insurance adjuster.
