Excellence from top to bottom, start to finish. Chris is a true professional in every aspect, from communication and product knowledge to project coordination and execution. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire process was handled with care and professionalism.
I especially appreciated how seriously Chris and his crew treated safety throughout the project. They were proactive, attentive, and clearly committed to protecting the clients and everyone in the home, which anyone with loved ones can truly appreciate.

Our generator lid was damaged by the roofers. While Birdcreek deducted the cost of a new one plus labor the replacement lid was dented by the lid installer. That was back in December. We're still waiting on getting a generator lid that doesn't have a dent. If they'd been careful we wouldn't be going through this. We've had multiple requests to complete this review but held off until now.
