This is my second purchase with Betenbough Homes.

I was never in the dark about what was being done. I received texts and calls throughout the process letting me know what was being done.

Everyone involved - Dan and Jessica from Williams & Co., Tara Wood who handled the walk-thru for Betenbough and Maddie who conducted the closing were a pleasure to work with and the ultimate professionals. A top notch group of individuals. All are to be commended.

Their service and attendance was great. Ben, the selling agent, was very kind, accommodating, and answered all of my questions. He took me to the location of my future home, and put me in contact with the necessary people to get the process started. They were very easy and on point. I highly recommend. He was very professional.

I would recommend them to a friend because the house is very good quality, I enjoy the floor plan because it's very well thought out, and I like the options for appliances we got to choose from. The warranty is outstanding.

Not everything that was supposed to be fixed was fixed by Betenbough Homes.

My experience was almost too easy. Everything went smoothly. Technology today has simplified the process so much from the last time I bought a house. All the staff at Bentenbough, the title company and finance company were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and assured me all my concerns would be met to my satisfaction.

Everyone was so super friendly loved, Ben, Brittany, Tara,Kiki. Everyone one was so super nice walked us through the process even when I felt like giving up and not getting the home.

Crazy that we have to go to the other end of the street for our mailbox when there is a bank of mailboxes right next to our house.
