There was an unfortunate misunderstanding in the contract where I thought I was paying for a task involved in the roof installation, and it was not included in the contract.

Overall, I had a good experience. The sales rep showed up quickly and worked with me to get a quote quickly. The weather affected the installation and delayed it some, but once the day arrived, they installed quickly and efficiently. Cleanup seemed to go well. The only thing I wish had happened was that the installation supervisor had called me to say it was done so I could get up on the roof with them and inspect it. I like to see what I'm paying (a lot of money) for in situations like this. But, I didn't specifically ask for this, so it wasn't their fault.

The sales guy was excellent. However, when they came out to put the roof on, no one on the installation crew spoke any English, so I could not communicate with them. Someone came to inspect it the day after, but he did not get on the roof to look at it. I thought he would have a ladder to get on the roof to inspect it, but he did not. He just collected the rest of the money. I've been trying to get a hold of them because I would like to get a written contract, but no one has got back to me about it.

I am happy with everything, but it was a little pricey! They left materials behind, and I didn't feel I received a fair reimbursement for the nine rolls they never used. They gave me less than $300, and I believe they were worth more! That left a bad taste in my mouth. They did have to come back to fix a few things on the roof where some things looked sloppy, but they were able to correct them.
