Dissatisfied with this company in EVERY possible way. The Third party inspection still has not been done. Was told someone from the Corporate office would contact us 30 days after our final payment cleared, which was

They were fast. It looks like they did pretty good work. There were a couple of things that could have been trimmed up and done better. Overall, they were fast, friendly, neat, and clean, but some nails were left behind. Looking at the tools they use versus our tools, I can see why nails were left in the yard.

The work wasn't done right and there some hiccups along the way. The salesman showed up at my door and talked with me about the process. I put in claim through insurance and my insurance agreed to replace roof. The salesman said whatever the insurance payed that would be the total bill by the end of the project. When the project was completed I got billed more than what insurance agreed to and had to come up with the remainder. I planned to pay the rest in multiple installments but when I sent the first check of $50, I received a phone call saying that if I did not pay the rest in full, my warranty would be declined. I will not use Best Choice Roofing in the future.
