We have bubbles in our roof and when we called to ask someone to come out, no one showed up.

The front part of roof is fine but the back part of the roof where the fireplace is to the end of the roof the singles are still not laying down.

Communication during the installation could be a little better. The crew at my house had very little English speaking ability and that made it hard to share concerns.

The entire process was fast and easy. The roofers did an excellent job and clean up was superb. Emily even came back out afterwards to inspect and make sure I was satisfied (I was). Highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof.

The following items are areas of concern: wrong color shingles (price discounted) , no flashing or sealant above bay window, sides of vent flanges not covered with shingles properly, no pre or post inspection documentation. Vent pipes not painted. All items of concern forwarded to the Project manager within the 10 day claim period. I have requested a schedule to address these items. 8-12-25, I have not received any notice as of today.

There was something left out on my roof. I have a leak in my garage that is coming from the roof. I was under the impression they were going to take care of that. The salesperson told me it would be fixed.

Work was completed earlier than the date given to me and received great quality of work in a timely manner

Kept working past dark, only stopped when my neighbor came out & yelled at them for the noise. Started the job at 4:30 pm which didn't allow enough daylight to hours to complete job.

The local office in Greenville, NC did a horrible job, and they did not clean up. The shingles were laid wrong. I had to go to Corporate in Tennessee myself, and they finally took all the shingles and redid it completely. The Corporate office was wonderful.
