STAY AWAY! If you want your home restored to its pre damage condition..do not call Berks Fire & Water Restorations. If you want quality workmanship, skilled workers in your home, a job done right in a timely manner. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER RESTORATION COMPANY. They were "restoring" my home for 5 months and were not even close to finishing anytime soon. They did more damage to my home than restoring! Damaged my cherry kitchen table, benches, chairs, my front door has to be replaced due to the damage their workers caused, trim throughout my home needs to be replaced because of their carelessness, as well as other personal items. The cleaning job what a joke! Merry Maids could have done a better job. Residual soot throughout my home, lighting fixtures, shoe molding, above my windows and doors were black following their cleaning, I have to get in another restoration company to clean correctly. HORRIBLE WORK! I fired them and took over the GC role and completed more work in a month than they did in close to 5 months. the items I have mentioned are just a tip of the iceburg. Charging my insurance company and receiving payment for almost $12,000 worth of work that they did not do. This company is the worst!
