Excellence Recognized - Ray Goldbeck who introduced me to Beazer( one knowledgeable Beazer man), Spencer Gritton( always ready to help with a smile( another great Beazer man), Erica from design ( one gifted individual, has great taste in material and has a great eye). Bill Cheeks( always on the ready and very great at his job) cool under pressure, a real great Beazer guy. I’m sure there’s more but these were the people from Beazer that made our dreams come true, we couldn’t have done it without them, they’re one WELL OILED MACHINE. DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, COME SEE MY BEAZER HOUSE.

At Construction Start - Bob the Builder spent the time articulating so we could understand the "at construction" start process. We were very nervous not being able to be there for the process. Bobs caring demeanor & explanation completely put our fears & minds at ease. We really appreciated the time he took to explain everything. Grateful that he is our point person.

Quality of Home - I love the design of the house, I’ve been to many different builder’s model homes, and this one was by far the best that I had seen. Overall, all the quality of the furnishings was also very good and even after living in it for several months, it all looks very good condition.
