Everything from start to finish was easy as pie. Everything was told to me in a clear and informative way in order to make the best decisions, the demonstrations were rather cool and also impressive, and when the day came to install the walk in shower, James had it done in a half day. That is from tear out to finished installment! My first time in the walk in shower; it was amazing!

I liked that the whole process as so easy. In one visit I was signed up. in about a month the tub was installed in 5 hours. That was it.

Your presentation was great and so was the installation. Everyone was professional and great at what they do. The only thing is it is so expensive to do this and It will take forever to pay for it. Otherwise I love my new bathroom

Materials are very nice, I just had higher expectations for the total renovation experience. The shower does not ensure water will stay off the other floor area. Also, we should, maybe, have opted for a bench (place to dry my feet), but that would have made it even more cramped than it already is

The installer was very nice
Not happy with the finished installation, outside trim wrap it was not in line , did not look professional at all, caulking on outside needed redoing, shower head had to get piece inside changed not enough pressure….
Going on 4 th trip out 2 day install, 1trip to fix the caulk problem waiting on 1 more trip to tear out top piece wrap and reinstall outside top wrap.
In sales pitch was told tearing out old shower to the studs and putting up water proof sheet rock.
Instead tore out floor and glued panels to the old tile.

Great quality and fits the space really well. Highly recommend this product.
