Early responsiveness but overall coms were hit or miss. Additionally the billing coordination with 3rd party for insurance lags and results in relatively “aggressive” invoicing emails referencing liens on the property. Disturbing to get when a simple phone call would be more appropriate.

Additionally multiple installs of replacement bathroom fixture resulted in leaks AFTER I informed the project manager I was having my plumber install whom I had already paid. The final install was NOT fixed and I am still coordinating with my plumber to get back out.

I finally signed the paperwork more because I did not want the ATI team touching the plumbing anymore.

I called you after my insurance adjuster referred your company. They called back a few days later. By then I did a temp roof by myself as it rained in my hobby room damaging even more of my personal property. When they finically showed up they used the tarps I purchased to secure the temp roof and board up. They set two full size air scrubbers and zero air movement and no dehumidifier’s. This mistake allowed soot particulates to blow throughout my entire home and cross contaminated my entire living room, my entire kitchen, hallway , hall closet and the downstairs living room. The relative humidity along with the smoke caused more damage to electronics , sentimental items and clothing. Never would ai recommend them to anyone.

The work was poor. Three years later I am still having issues. On my fifth project manager. Every time I call about an issue when they show up they try to say my warranty is no good and they treat me like I don't know what I am talking about.

After a roof leak at my residence, ATI technicians arrived without moisture a detector. They attempted to use an infrared device, but were unable to identify the area of wet wall. I insisted they get a moisture meter. After doing so, they subsequently identified a section of wet wall requiring mitigation. A section of wall board was removed and a dehumidifier was placed near the affected wall, but no circulating fans were used. No one from ATI contacted me for the next 7 days. I finally called and requested that the dehumidifier be removed. A technician working in my area was sent to pickup the equipment, but also did not have a moisture meter to test condition of the wall. Though all personnel were courteous and attempted to assist me, I feel that followup was inadequate (none), and I think that periodic checks (one or two) using a moisture detector should have been made during the mitigation process and again at the end.

We have used ATI before and they’ve been great. Unfortunately, this time they have been horrible!

You need a caring, understanding person as a contact who responds in a timely manner. Often felt like our job wasn’t top priority.

They were thorough and did not stop until the source of my shower leak was discovered. I loved the way they shielded the rest of the bathroom (shower, counters, and entrance) with heavy duty plastic and tape. I didn’t have to clean that much after they left

The remediation team was not experienced and set up fans into a damaged cabinet with visible mold without a containment. I had to request moisture readings to see where the leak area spanned. The remediation plan gave me concerns about it being done properly. The project manager was harsh with the workers in front me and questioned my understanding of the tile in my house when he asked me to show him the replacement tiles. Subsequently after moving to new a company, there was significant damage down to the subfloor that the project manager said we could just let dry out.

They did an excellent job, they were fast and friendly and thorough, and they really took the time to answer all of our questions.

The men who came out were thoughtful and careful and seemed very capable.

The workers were great, they came in and did the work and even answered most of our questions. The foreman whose name is Greg was always hard to reach and the questions we had only got answered after the workers would contact him.

When ATI Restoration performed the work, it looked great. However, it took them a long time to get out here, get us on the books, and wrap up the restoration.

ATI has been incredibly professional, responsive and great to work with!
