The personal caring that Monica gave........................she was always making sure I was happy with the jobs being done

The first work done of dehydrating my house after a water leak was good. The restoration was a nightmare. I would never recommend someone go through the restoration nightmare with this company.

ATI Restoration responds fast, and they are always very attentive to what they are doing.

I just want to point out outstanding customer service.

ATI was responsive, friendly, and clean.

ATI knows what they're doing and they're really great to work with

I would recommend them.

No I could not recommend. Whenever you have a loss due to a leak, you don’t want to have to go through every line item for accuracy. I had to do this for demolition as well as going over the line items for restoration. It’s time consuming and frustrating

They were fine. My first time with a construction company so I have no comparison.

Too many concerns to list…had to redo almost everything

Had a very poor experience at the beginning. The woman in charge of the project did not take the pictures of the kitchen correctly. She was very difficult to get ahold of, she did not seem to have he her heart in it

They always do the work they say they are going to do in a timely manner, and they are respectful of the schedules of the team and property. Communication is excellent.

There were too many issues with changes in project managers and estimators until the District Manager stepped in. Once ATI assigned the last estimator and project manager things went smoothly.

Excellent communication!! Did a fantastic job and helped with all of the insurance paperwork. Outstanding work on all levels!!!

Horrible communication and service.

The friendliness and great response from the Project Manager to any questions.

STOP CONTACTING US.

Invoicing is not clear. We were told to expect a certain price and it ended up being double that.

The quality of their work is impressive.

Good communication. Quick work and cleaned up nicely

The work was good but there was a 6 week period where nothing happened

Great customer service!

Responsive project team.

PM and subs were sub-par (to be nice). Work was half-assed and I was very much working around their schedules.

We had a water leak issue and thought it was a good idea to go with the restoration company that my insurance recommended. It turned out to be the worst contractor I had to ever deal with. No sense of urgency and no updates unless I followed up multiple times. Dragged project from what was supposed to be 3-4 months to 8-9 months. This not only maxed out our loss-of-use coverage, but also caused me to miss opportunities to make other improvements to my house during the repair period. Packers didn't air out my fridge, caused it to become moldy. No clear plans about repair and limited opportunities to make upgrades. Basically, level of communication was abysmal, just winging it as they went. Some workers had no idea what they were doing. Fortunately I was able to catch those moments the few times I was there, however I was not always there. Even though all bills were settled with my insurance, ATI keeps sending me invoices for work that was completed and settled months later. Avoid at all costs.

The process was mired by an approval process that was necessitated by the insurance company but resulted in delays that were frustrating. I am looking for a quick turnaround in the cash out process on amounts paid to ATI but that are owed to me. If the cash out is done quickly I would be willing to give ATI a higher score.

Marcello and his Crew are always top notch. Great job as usual.

Terrible customer service, rude head of project

Nicholas Markin was extremely communicative from scheduling to completion and kept me up to date.

I liked how prompt they were

It took so long for a small project

More timely action between the approval process and issue of work orders

It was a very professional group. I personally got to know most of the guys who helped, and I was very pleased that the crew knew what they were doing and was overall just a good group of men.

Quick response and great craftsmanship

The company provided professional customer service.

The job was finished on time and on budget.

They did a very good job

Restored water damage and mold and asbestos removal.

The lack of communication was significant. One month after the work was supposed to begin, we asked to start it. Then, they work well for about 2 months, and then it was very sporadic for 4 months and came mainly because we call them to continue the work. Some tasks were not done properly and we asked to redo them. Then, we waited for about 2 months to receive a final invoice that was incorrect. Even if they had the information, they asked us to provide them again bills we paid indicating difficulties with paperwork management on their side.
The reason why we did not go lower in our mark is because the final result is beautiful, the company has been flexible and patient with our needs, schedule, and choice of material. They also were responsive once we contacted them. Employees were respectful and professional.
