I am not likely to recommend ATI Restoration to a friend because they were not a professional group. I like working with them and enjoyed the prompt responses and supervision. They had a good understanding of the work and did everything fully without causing me any problems.
Project took too long and there was poor communication.
The quality of workmanship was great.
The crew was fine. The project manager was unreliable and untrustworthy. He would tell us one thing and reality would be very different. He lied about his crew, he lied to me about a conversation he had with my wife, and he lied about conversations we had directly.

ATI is very responsive.
The individuals who came to my home to perform cleanup and removal were excellent and I have no negative things to say about them in that regard, but my complain is with Tom Carey, a Customer Account Rep with ATI. My renters insurance, Lemonade, hired ATI to perform cleanup and removal at my home and after the job was completed, Lemonade informed me that they would be paying ATI for the work they did. A few weeks after the job was completed, Tom reached out to me requesting payment. I informed Tom that my insurance would be handling, not me. About a month later, Tom reached out to me again, once again requesting payment that I was not responsible for making. He said he contacted my insurance (without any of my insurance information) and my insurance told him that I was paid out and that I'd be making the payment. I called my insurance and they assured me that they'd be paying ATI and that I was not responsible for the payment. I once again informed Tom via email that my insurance would be handling the payment as I was, once again, not responsible. Then earlier this week, Tom reached out YET AGAIN asking for payment. My insurance emailed me staying that payment to ATI HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE. I had to request of my insurance to contact ATI and tell them to cease all contact with me to request payment for something I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR. Your guys account reps need to communicate better with all parties with situations like this. The stress that I felt hearing about a $19,000 bill I supposedly owed after the last several months I've had of being homeless and uncertainty of wondering where I'd be living after the cleanup was not something I needed to hear. Do better next time.

Jesus the project manager did a terrible job scheduling making me miss time at work, wasting my time multiple times.
My response is one of gratitude as a father, provider for my family, and as a believer in GOD almighty. From the inception ATI set boots on the ground with compassion, understanding, professionalism, and hardwork. The level of proficiency goes hand in hand with their competency and efficiency. We would like offer a very special kudos to Armando who provided detailed feedback and expectation management backed by a special kindness required. To GOD be the glory for him and his efforts. His supervisor Justin and his team performed like a well oiled engine in the best vehicle ever made. On to the rebuild that case keeping pace with the restoration crew. This company must be a nationwide company. I know that wherever we are at in the country I will seek the services of ATI. USAA should strongly consider a merger.

The bottom line here is the quality of work and the products I received. I had many different crews in and they were on time, super respectful of my property particularly cleaning up all the construction material.. These situation are stressful but I think that everyone I came in contact with was professional and kind. My restoration was completed with in the projected time. I am delighted with the results!
Project manager didn't respond for months and even not until the end of the project.
I had to go through main office to get some help and even after that the responses were very slow.
They did additional work for which i had requested an estimate and i never received it. They did the work without me signing any doc or agreement and asking me to pay for the work.
Left lot of garbage in the backyard and in the drive way.
Few things started falling apart in less than sox months.
Clean up and dry out did great the construction phase was not as good painting was done but many area were missed that were missed that were still charged on the paperwork.
Too expensive. Too many questionable, unverifiable line items. Too many overstated square footage estimates. I questioned over $1000 in over charges and they agreed to take off over $800.
Arrived on time and assessed job quickly.courtious and knew what to do.
They were very thorough, did not just paint the areas they worked on, but entire walls so there was no hint of construction work. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up during and after each work day and hauling off the trash. All the workers were on time, considerate, pleasant, and hard-working.
Didn't do what the insurance company and us wanted done then tried to swindle us out of 2k for mold removal.NEVER sent us an estimatet to us or the insurance , which was asked for on numerous times.

The company provided quality service on the repairs. They also were good about communicating when they were coming.
They completed all the work, plus additional work that needed to be done. They got everything accomplished, that was included in the insurance budget.
The crew was friendly and hardworking. They honored my requests as much as possible and did a professional job.
I would not recommend ATI Restoration Sacramento to a friend only because when I had utilized them on an emergency basis, they put out their equipment. The contact I had was fired, and the equipment was left on the property for a long period of time, and I was billed a large amount for it. No one reached out to me about it, and three weeks later, ATI Restoration Sacramento came and picked up the equipment.

My experience with ATi was very positive. They provided excellent service and the communication was great. I highly recommend ATI for mitigation and restoration.

They came out and installed the solar panels. It looks like they did a good job so far. We haven't had any rain. Hopefully, I don't get any leaks. So far, everything looks pretty good. I won't be able to tell until we get some rain. Hopefully, I don't have the same issue I had last time. Everything looks good.

They go far and beyond what is required of them.
Intially, they came out and did the estimate and then they sent one of their subcontractors out. We live in our home, so this was going to have to be a job where they needed to move furniture to different rooms while working around us. The subcontracting company was not on the same page, so ATI sent out their own crew. Ultimately, they took care of everything. There were a few issues along the way. For example, when they were sanding the ceiling, they did not cover my furniture or try to contain the dust in any way. This then extended the timing of the project because they now needed to do more cleaning. At the end of the day, they got the job done.
They are very responsive. I deal with Tammy Umland and anytime I have had an emergency in the past, during the storms especially, she responds to my text within the hour and I have someone on sight that same day or night.
There have been occasions where other third-party vendors have not been able to make it. They are not associated with them, but they have even made recommendations and because of that, I have been able to take care of things faster. So, her customer service has always been superb!
