the initial response was good but no demo was done so the damage spread further than it should’ve
fast, reliable service
We did not choose ATI, they were assigned. We knew nothing about water damage mitigation companies. This was difficult and stressful and did not know what to expect next. Basically, the communication was poor.
They are very responsive.
The work is beautiful when the project is completed.
They were timely and very efficient.
We were able to coordinate the work while we were out of our home on vacation to a week. It was great coming home to a new floor and everything back in place.
Worker were extremely polite and efficient with their work always on time
The workers were on time every day, very cordial, respectful and hard working. The job was completed in the quoted time, and the cleanup was excellent. There was no further need for cleaning, to pass testing inspection.
Jose and Kyle were professional. They know how to respond. They were professional and timely. They work well together.
Right now, I am a little disillusioned because the project is still not done. They have not finished the project at this time. The project is taking too long to complete, so I would give them a four or five.

The company does a very poor job in updating its customers on any changes or any of what needs to be done. I think that ATI postpones projects unnecessarily. I don't think that they manage projects really well, simply because they came out and did a quote, and they highly underestimated the quote. I think that had they done it differently, for example, gone to the city, gotten the permit, had the city come out, and told them what needed to be done, and then generated a quote for the insurance company. I think that would have been the more effective way to go. Instead, what they did was they gave a quote to the insurance company, then came in, brought in the city to look at what needed to be done to get a building permit, and the city told them additional things that needed to be done. Just to give clarity to this delay, this project started back in February of 2026. It is not July. That is after the water mitigation, so on and so forth. So, I think that unnecessary delays and it doesn't seem that communication is at all infectious. This is after paying what it would cost for them to do the job as we agreed to. So, that is the answer. I wouldn't wish this on any homeowner.
We had a good experience with ATI. They are polite and professional. I only had to experience them for a couple days as no work was actually done. They came and taped off our affected areas and placed a dehumidifier, per the homeowners insurance instructions.
All crews did a great job, both in talking to us and the work they did
I like the way they came in and did the work, no lollygagging, and just took care of business
They're very prompt to come even on a weekend. They were professional and easy to work with.
ATI Restoration was very thorough, their work is top tier, very knowledgeable when it came to what I wanted. They were very patient with me and my "can you", "will you". I would rate them a 10/10. I Love my new space....
ATI was amazing to work with from the beginning of my project until the very end
I have always had an excellent experience with ATI. Their response time and communication is fantastic and I appreciate their help and honesty.
ATI is careful, fast and respectful.
Where do I start...
Unsure at this time. We are waiting to see what will happen next and how long we will be waiting before next steps happen.
Super prompt and professional!
Great experience. Consistent and clear communication. Employees were courteous and punctual. Overall would use again.
Very thorough and professional
This process has been much too slow, it has dragged on for months now and I fear we are still months out from completing the rebuild. The demolition was completed in a timely manner, but then literally nothing for months... this project should have been done by now.
Project to much longer than it should have. Craftsmanship was below average and I had to point out multiple issues. They contractors used to install sinks and slab were solid, as well as carpet install.
We worked with ATI through our AAA claim, everything was top notch, communication, timeliness, work quality, etc. I'll certainly reach out to ATI for any future projects!
We wish our insurance company was as cooperative as ATI
Good experience
I am not likely to recommend ATI Restoration to a friend because they were not a professional group. I like working with them and enjoyed the prompt responses and supervision. They had a good understanding of the work and did everything fully without causing me any problems.
Project took too long and there was poor communication.
The quality of workmanship was great.
The crew was fine. The project manager was unreliable and untrustworthy. He would tell us one thing and reality would be very different. He lied about his crew, he lied to me about a conversation he had with my wife, and he lied about conversations we had directly.
Tt
ATI is very responsive.
The individuals who came to my home to perform cleanup and removal were excellent and I have no negative things to say about them in that regard, but my complain is with Tom Carey, a Customer Account Rep with ATI. My renters insurance, Lemonade, hired ATI to perform cleanup and removal at my home and after the job was completed, Lemonade informed me that they would be paying ATI for the work they did. A few weeks after the job was completed, Tom reached out to me requesting payment. I informed Tom that my insurance would be handling, not me. About a month later, Tom reached out to me again, once again requesting payment that I was not responsible for making. He said he contacted my insurance (without any of my insurance information) and my insurance told him that I was paid out and that I'd be making the payment. I called my insurance and they assured me that they'd be paying ATI and that I was not responsible for the payment. I once again informed Tom via email that my insurance would be handling the payment as I was, once again, not responsible. Then earlier this week, Tom reached out YET AGAIN asking for payment. My insurance emailed me staying that payment to ATI HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE. I had to request of my insurance to contact ATI and tell them to cease all contact with me to request payment for something I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR. Your guys account reps need to communicate better with all parties with situations like this. The stress that I felt hearing about a $19,000 bill I supposedly owed after the last several months I've had of being homeless and uncertainty of wondering where I'd be living after the cleanup was not something I needed to hear. Do better next time.
The people I interacted with were some of the nicest people I have met
You'll work for the insurance company in wrote a half-assed estimate The benefit of the insurance company until I had to fight with them about the inaccuracies in your estimate
Excellent communication and response time to incident
Responsive. Timely.
Speed and quality
I would recommend ATI to others.
I would recommend ATI to others.
Great people and great work.
The final finishing touches weren't that high quality.
Good communication, and they took care of everything.
Excellent experience with ATI restoration. All the employees I worked with were professional, courteous, friendly, effective with their work, and the results were highly successful. I would recommend the services of ATI to anyone needing this assistance.
Jesus the project manager did a terrible job scheduling making me miss time at work, wasting my time multiple times.
