I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work. My home was clean when they were completed.

Very poor communication and workers were not equipped with products when they came to complete mitigation. I had to remind them to disinfect and then they had no products...crazy!

I was very pleased with the abatement and restoration provided by ATI. I will recommend ATI to anyone in need of a restoration project.

We had issues with ATI Restoration coming back.

Quick and professional. Great communication.

The only problem I had was with the painters. The painters came and they did not cover any of my furniture or flooring and there was paint everywhere. The first crew was very unprofessional and it was like they did not care about our house. The second crew was great.

Very friendly, very efficient.

They were slow about getting the work completed.

Easy scheduling, fast repair, and very responsive.

From beginning to end the service was above and beyond. From start to finish, I couldn't be satisfied.

It was total disorganization and poor communication.

They were sloppy. They did not seem professional. They left a mess.

Andre came. He took moisture readings, took pictures of dining room and living room, determined leak was due to water supply to dishwasher, cut and capped water supply to whole unit. Then left. I called a plumber. This plumber moved the dishwasher to discover leak had nothing to do with water supply. He removed moldy sheet rock behind dishwasher to discover hole in cast iron pipe.

Professional and nice

ATI Restoration was professional and easy to communicate with.

The gentleman that came here was very very nice. I thought he was extremely overworked by your company because, he came at 6pm and left at 11 pm. He couldn't meet some of the appointments because he was in Fayetteville. Which is NOT his fault. Again, I think he was overworked! He never complained and he was extremely thoughtful.

I already have a link to do a Google review.
