IMHO:
ATI operates like a bureaucracy, not an efficient home remodel/contracting company. The entire project was a nightmare. I was forced to be on my toes, defending my asset, looking out for the next upcoming blunder by ATI’s in house “construction” crew and their woefully under performing “project managers,” of which I had multiple. It was like having tweedle Dee or tweedle Dum running the show, day in and day out…Lip service and incompetence. Excuses and apologies. One step forward, two steps back.
It was a 100 sq ft kitchen remodel that could have been done in a maximum <six months, that turned into over a year of constant stress inducing worry. Had this project been completed in a competent and timely manner, I would have been able to retain my Airbnb superhost status, and would have benefitted from the higher income months August-November (although ATI gave me some compensation for their blunder, it was wholly inadequate). Instead, I never knew definitively when this project would be completed and I had no ability to open up my booking calendar in order set “available dates.” Short term rentals are often booked months in advance, the inability to know when the nightmare would end really damaged my ability to run my business. Now I’m stuck with an underperforming Airbnb and the financial hit will continue to negatively impact my bottom line for months to come.

I wouldn’t wish ATI’s services on my worst enemy. No one should have to deal with what they have to offer.

Yes, I’m likely to recommend them. Jerry was outstanding.

The clean up was phenomenal, they saved many items and were thoughtful in taking apart cabinetry.

Not happy with overall duration. I had to take off many times to be available.

Have better communication with us.

I can't even go into details. I'm just trying to move on. Took months and Uprooted and destabilized our family. ATI lacked transparency. Often Didn't show up. Didn't respond to our calls and emails. Didn't know project details. Forgot major steps. Ordered the wrong products. Claimed not to know where products were (said they were lost in shipment) when in fact they had forgotten to order. Awful. Just awful.

The workmen were very courteous and fun to talk with.. Always on time schedule

Chase was very good to work with, taking my few calls and/or calling me back promptly and explaining what would be done.

There was very little communication about what was being done, what the timelines were, and there was not a timely response to requests for that information.

Chase Mesford coordinated my project very well. He kept me up-to-date with the progress of my insurance company, and returned my call/texts promptly.

I would recommend them to a friend because they were were very professional, polite, made sure to take precautions around my house, like putting things on the floor, and coordinating all of the things. It wasn't something I wanted to do, so having to undertake something elective proceeded and they were really great.

Working with ATI, they get the job done, but we have had some experiences with a delay in getting the job done. The quality work was good, but it just took a little bit longer than expected.
