I would warn people that they work for the insurance company and try to save them money instead of taking care of the problem.

They were always professional and available. Call backs were ALWAYS returned. Knowledgeable too.

By not fixing broken parts

ATI is absolutely the worst company of any sort that I've ever had the misfortune of getting involved with. I wouldn't hire them to i stall a mailbox. There is literally not a single positive thing I can say about them

We didn't particularly choose ATI restoration, they were the in network provider assigned by the insurance to complete repairs.

There were a lot of communication issues and delays, resulting in work starting nearly 7 months after the damage occured. Once the work started, it went fairly quickly and with good quality... except for more communication problems between ATI and the insurance that nearly derailed the work completely. If not for a project manager going rogue and doing work before full authorization came through, ehat was already a 3 week displacement from our home likely would have turned into a 2-3 month didplacement.

I went through 3 project managers and took 4 months to complete.

Packers were a one they deserves a ten but the first manager not la bron was not reliable or did not respond to my inquiries I asked that he be removed but before his removal he showed me only one small sample that I meant the specs of the original carpet I approved it but hindsight it was a bad choice cause the carpet is great to walk on but 30 to 40% lite tan with the other % medium brown if I had seen a bigger sample I may have requested a different color. Overall the task took almost 9 months too long
