There are very professional and prompt.

No communication what so ever. It took weeks, months, and years to get the work done. The first project manager was fired and no one told me. Then I took the check to the office and they lost the check that was use for payment and said I did not pay them. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

The constant rework is not something I would recommend to anyone. I had to take on the job of project manager to the subcontractor. Work was not done correctly the first time on several different aspects of the job.

I had to argue over the work for a couple of years!

Items were taken without permission including money,curio cabinet and all my jewelry. Horrible experience

Work was poorly done. We had to point out water damage in laundry room, washer and dryer were not moved out of laundry nook. We had to call them back out after “completion” due to musty/moldy smell, they had not sealed moldy areas, argued that they could not smell must/mold but then stated that she saw it but didn’t have kilz in her truck. Turned off water at the main when they removed water heater, did not do a work around and left us without ANY water for 4 days. Had to call out ins company for them to get a plumber out here to do a work around and get cold water turned on so we could flush toilets and have water to do dishes etc.

They were unprofessional and talked about their life drama in front of and with customers

They were here daily and knew we had no water and were using 5 gallon buckets.

I thought the team was very detailed and through in there approach.

There is one thing that I disliked about them, and it was whenever I called them, they were slow to respond, or sometimes I would not get a response back from the calls that I made to them with questions about the repair and services.

With my project there was a change in the ordering system and that delayed months in getting materials,

It is a great company, great communication, and great vendors.

They don’t show up at the time you set,and when there packer come in to pack out they only took what we had from moving up here,and when we got our stuff back someone had gone Thur it ,we had broken stuff and I am missing. Lot of cds and movie so I would never use them again.The only part that went well was the lady that painted our inside of the house I would use them

Unpacked previously sealed boxes, mixed stuff up, then labelled 70% of the boxes as “Garage”. It took me weeks to sort it out.

ATI strung this project out for almost 6 months and failed to deliver on the agreed upon quote. I’ve never dealt with a company less communicative and more dishonest than ATI

Matt was the person who helped me out the most. He and the company went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met as a customer.

Responded quickly to our needs and good communication throughout the process.
