ATI was great to work with. Insurance approvals slowed down the project completion timeline, but everything is beautiful. Communication was good & the subcontractors did amazing work.

Speed in response and good work on the job

Professional, down to earth people

Answered all my questions, very helpful, always responded quickly to communication, great staff, quality work.

Very reliable in all areas: communication, excellent combination of highest standard of both professionalism in their work and consideration and kindness towards their client. Thank you !!!!!

Very good job

Horrible craftsmanship. Issues after issue

ATI came out quickly the next day after our water damage

Improve quality and timeliness of communication regarding project progress and response to questions/concerns

I could not have asked for friendier or faster service.

They have poor communication throughout the whole ordeal that I had with the problem with my house.

We have been waiting for several weeks since they came in to dry out everything. USAA stated that the already approved the repairs.

They have great communication before, during, and after the work, caring and attentive during a troubled time for my family and me.

100%. Their work was on point!!

The workmen were pleasant and skilled. Timelines wasn’t met and communication could have been better. Generally pleased.

I have already recommended ATI. Derek and Pete did everything they could to get the job done beyond expectations.

Those guys had no idea what they were doing the entire time.

Keith and the team did a great job removing all water soaked areas from my house. They made an unpleasant life event as pleasant as possible and were a pleasure to work with!

ATI workers were very professional and provided good services. Each worker seemed experienced in their craft.

Came on time and did a good job

It was a relief having the Restoration Group show up in a timely manner and quickly went to work. Great workers and I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

ATI Restoration is a 10.

They did a great job, but it just took a long time.

They did a great job, but it just took a long time.

The guys that did my carpet were very friendly and outgoing and did an excellent job

The Workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. I am VERY pleased and impressed with the quality of work performed by the ATI restoration team. The contractors used were professional and did an EXCELLENT job.

Professional, competent, outstanding service.

They were efficient. Need to work on speed though

We were told at the outset of the project that the company had over 65 cases and was trying to meet everyone's needs. The overall experience was good. There were mistakes which could've been handled better.

Everyone associated with my renovation has been very kind patient professional and

Efficient

The event took pace on Feb. 8th. The cleanup was done quickly. The satisfaction ends there. Nothing has been done since Feb.10th when the cleanup was complete .Having no ceiling made it impossible to keep my house at a reasonable temperature....A lot of the heat went out through the "non-ceiling My PSE&G bill was $100.00 more than the previous month and I was freezing in my house !!."My Pastor and a deacon from my church put up a tarp to help a litlle with the heat loss Do you remember what the temperatures were in this time period ??I pray every day that the work will be done soon. Than you for the opportunity to vent. Easter dinner will not be at my house this year. God Bess.

The job was done quickly and very professional work

I have had to use ATI twice in the past 10 years and I would definitely use them again. I feel that they are professional and get the job done correctly and work with the insurance company to the best of the homeowners. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I ever did, I will without doubt.

ATI Restoration did an excellent job drying up all the water damage in my home. The guys were great getting there on time, communicating with me about the damage and kindly answering any questions that I asked.

very professional and easy to work with job done fairly quickly considering that we just had a snow storm

Very high priced. 1500.00 dollars for 1 hour of work,Jesse James without a gun.

The overall experience and workmanship was excellent and the ATI personnel were polite and efficient.

Chuck never returned my estimate, then I researched the company and saw all the negative reviews on Angie’s list and about all the complaints with the Better Business Bureau for shabby workmanship, not completing the work or just dangerous workmanship

Our site manager took pride in his company and his work.

The quality of their work was good once they worked. It took almost 9 months to complete however. Their project director passed himself off as a project manager and did not do his job and constantly lied to myself and his company until he was terminated/ laid off? When they finally provided a competent manager things got done quickly and competently

I cannot recommend ATI Restoration even though the completed work was accetpable. Their poor communication, slow timelines, and unprofessional practices made what should have been a repair far more stressful than it needed to be. It took 6 months from when the incident happened till everything was finally resolved.

Great to work with, made our restoration process very smooth

The workers were responsive and fixed any issues I saw with the work,

Did all the work. I did not have to chase around to get things done.

Unorganized, no communication between teams, no final inspection

Without a doubt I would recommend this crew to anyone and already have.

Job went as smoothly as was possible with insurance involvement.

Lack of communication, had to contact ATI if I wanted to know anything about my damage. Hired outside workers that did a bad job. Went through 2 time lines for finishing the project but they blamed the cabinet makers. So much more to say but USAA adjuster doesn't communicate also.
