your company sent non-professionals to our home. They broke things, stole things, caused massive damage over 30k. Each time they tried to fix the damage to our ceiling they caused more damage. After the 3 time I canceled the contract. They didn't do the job in the right order. Doing the vent cleaning last, with staff that didn't know how to do it and blew contaminate all through our home. Then they had the nerve to put a lien on our house and refused to make us whole. There are other unprofessional things but to many to list. One was they didn't secure our property when they weren't there. I have been through the California's state contractors board, insurance commission, and the BBB. All of which ATI has sent generic responses and I learned none of these entities have the power to make ATI do what they should. I forced them to remove the lien. I'm now dealing with an attorney to be made whole.

I imagine you're not going to respond to this because I'm pretty sure your company has no integrity. Please prove me wrong and refund our 10k deposit and pay to make us whole.

I do plan to post everywhere possible once this is done to make sure potential clients no what **** they are potential entering. .

ATI Restoration is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It was a horrible experience. They are scam artists.

They were communicative. Cleaning failed the first time but they came back.

ATI has been a tremendous partner in helping my family and me navigate a very difficult and emotional time due to the Palisades Fire. While our house was not destroyed by the fire (luckily), there was significant smoke and other damage that rendered the home uninhabitable. As you can imagine it doesn't feel very good to be kicked out of your home. ATI & team did a great job of immediately making us feel like they were going to make everything all right. And you know what? They did. They underpromised and overdelivered at every turn which is more than I can say for other partners I have worked with throughout this tragedy. Thank you ATI!

I was very happy with their work, Ivan, and the guy that oversaw the cleaning. I was very happy with the attention and time they put into it.

I appreciated the caretaking attitude that everyone from ATI connected with our project exhibited throughout the process. A loss is a hardship, and these folks clearly compassionately recognized what we were going through as they helped us through the restoration. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns.

The crew missed stuff. They did the scope out of order. Not too to bottom as requested. Had to come back to re do areas that were missed. Also left some windows open when power washing outside of the house.
