Anthony and his team with Mitigation was great to work with. Jerry was wonderful and was always available and the glue of the project. Very good. Oscar was great and very talented.

The project manager Art was very responsive and helpful, but the subcontractors were often difficult to communicate with, and the whole process was very slow. I also had to point out problems that should have been obvious to them. Overall, not impressed and not sure I'd recommend them.

Victor Cannon the Project Mngr was one of the nicest persons I have ever Met. This was such an overwhelming
experience ( im 78 yrs) and Victor is the reason I was able to survive this situation. Not only was he so kind and understanding but to professional. He managed his wonderful crew to expedite this job as quick as possible. The quality of their work was flawless. Because of Victor and his crew i will b forever grateful. This company is a number 10.

It started amazing with my project manager, then he was fired, I was informed of this by the workers and it was all downhill from there.

They saved me from being scammed by another restoration company.

He took the time to explain things. I didn't know what a water mitigator was, and he took that time and then he took the time to check out every spot behind where the leak was.

ATI responded to my insurance company request to inspect and repair water damage caused by a faulty hot water recirculation device.

It took months from initial walkthrough and insurance approval to finally set up dates and times for repair work. What I was told was a one, maybe two day job; eventually turned into three. Was told that the trash that was left behind was going to be taken, left with me and I had to take care of it.

repair looked like new construction, not repaired construction.

ATI (nee, GraEagle) arrived on site on the afternoon of Valentine's Day, surveyed the damage, and immediately began emergency tarping of my roof to prevent further rain damage, finishing the job well after darkness fell.

The staff immediately placed fans, and that started an orderly process of cleanup and restoration.

Very helpful, friendly personnel. My project manager was available to me at all times, answered questions, and offered great suggestions on ways to complete the work efficiently and with style. The project finished ahead of time. All the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. I will look to ATI for my next project.

Personal in approach and professional in delivery ATI has exceeded out expectations as no detail was too small and the communication they offered every step of the way made a very stressful situation coming out of an episode of water damage, very easy to understand and keeping us informed of every step they were executing.

Happy with the actual repair results but since the project completion I seem to have a lot of insects in my home.
