They do a good quality work at a reasonable price.
There was no communication from any representative from the company. They did not submit a bid. They did the work without prior approval for the work. Once they started the work and we went over the scope of the work that was going to be done, when they finished, that work that we had agreed upon after we actually spoke about it, did not get done. They did not even do a third of what they had explained to myself and the property manager that they were going to do. They did what they wanted, and they left the property, the apartment, a disaster. They did a very poor job cleaning up after themselves and when I contacted the representative that I had originally spoke to, she told me that I would get a call back. I never got a call back or heard from anybody. As far as a follow-up, I was told that the technician or the person that came out to give us the proposal was out of town or something. We were just fed excuse and excuse, to the point where we just received an invoice later for the scope of work that was never done. Our accounts payable ended up paying the invoice just to get it out of the way, but we ended up paying the invoice for work that was never done that they claimed to have done.
I've been using ATI for my portfolio here in Las Vegas since 2009...have no plans to use anyone else. They set the bar pretty high.
There was no communication until a few months after the drunk driver drove through my garage, and I complained to my insurance company. Then I received minimal communication. Then you switched my contact person without notification, and I only found out because again, I contacted my insurance company. Something that happened on April 13 should be completed before December. I could go on in much more detail but no one would listen anyway.

Workers didn’t have shoe covers and I had to ask. Drying and blowing equipment dirty. Cut into sink cabinet and I’m just seeing this.
Just horrible I don't even know where to begin it was just the worst experience ever first of all I never even really spoke with anyone directly except for Yvonne the customer service rep.
It took way longer than needed. I had to call the Project Manager several times to light a fire under him. Work was good for the most part, it just took over 3 months to fix my shower.
No communication with Joseph Mead. Not a good experience. It did not go smoothly. We have to keep calling & almost begging for someone to get back to us.
Missed every milestone
Let’s start by lack of communication. Cared deeply about $2000 deductible to show your power and how big and great your cis, insof doing your job. I am in a wheelchair and had to endure 10 weeks for a grade C work. But this survey will be deleted, because I am not happy.
It took almost 2 months to fix a tiny water leak, repair the drywall, paint and replace the carpet. The painting of only one wall with bright white did not match.the other walls ..
Better communication with customer as well internal. One crew did not know let other crew know any info, which extended the time of repair.

Our experience with ATI Restoration Las Vegas was very disappointing. Communication was poor, with little to no updates and unreturned messages. The timeline they gave was far too long, and after waiting with no progress, we ended up finding other contractors to complete the work ourselves. The workmanship was minimal and disorganized. The invoice we received does not match the work done, and there are ongoing issues with payment and delivery. While one team member tried to help, the overall service fell well below expectations.
