Professional and trustworthy

ATI was very responsive they came out got everything cleaned up would have rated them higher however they had to be called back because they missed some things.

They did a great job and I woudl recommend them to anyone at anytime.

They were very nice and did a wonderful job.

Their remediation services were good but after they would not respond back. I would not recommend them to a friend; they left me in the dark. I never heard back about the repair portion. Communication is not there.

The employees were very quiet and efficient.

They came in and took care of cleaning up everything.

I got an email a week ago that someone would be in contact shortly to discuss getting my property back in shape. I called the project director listed in the email after a few days without hearing anything, only to learn that he does not work in this department anymore. At least he gave me the contact info for the right project director. A call and a message into him (James Perez) remains unanswered.

Job was excellent

They did a very good job, but unfortunately the process took eight months.

The reason I’m giving an eight versus 10 is because of the amount of time that went by from when the construction people did their appraisal/estimate for repairs to when I actually heard back. It was weeks. And I had already hired somebody else to do the work by that time.

Staff was friendly. Working with ATi and Sedgwick was challenging with changes contacts, visits and approvals taking nearly 8 months

John was very helpful and amazing. Also, Diego did great work. And everybody was very honest and helpful.

They were always very helpful. They always did everything right. I am waiting on them to do some more work on another incident that happened at my house.

Beyond polite, friendly, communicative, clean, wonderful!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, poor PM/timeline management. I will never use ATI nor USAA referred contractors again after this experience.

They cleaned up very well, but also damaged my refrigerator and stove, which were only weeks old.

The project manager assigned to us is either not responsive or slow to respond. We had to repeatedly reach out to our claims rep from the insurance company to resolve disputes with the contractors (removal of molded items from the home, finding flooring to match, response times, etc.). A job that should take only a few weeks has stretched into over 2 months and counting.

Efficient, seamless processing of architecture, supply ordering, excellent selection for contractor restoration, easy to work with. Kept all appointmrnts with township, troubleshooting with excellence!
