Did not take ownership on damage of a marble counter top.
We had a rough start with poor communication from our Project Director. Unfortunately, I had to involve our insurance company and the 3rd party management group Contractor Connection before we were able to see any forward momentum and proper communication. However, once we were assigned to a new Project Director, Tyler, things improved significantly. We ran into some quality issues with the subcontractor on our project and Tyler immediately reached out to the subcontractor to resolve said issues.
I’m not confident that I would have had the same results had I not had the backing of Contractor Connection, so I can’t say for certain I’d wholeheartedly recommend ATI.
Excellent one stop for the entire project.
They were outstanding. Jay Coyle, the project manager, was professional, courteous, and timely and went above and beyond. The folks who did the work paid great attention to detail and were overresponsive. they overdelivered.
They have excellent customer service.
Very responsive. Th repairs are not completed. However ATI was thorough and quick with the mitigation stage.
Hire contractor's that speak English and use their own materials. The painter got my old trim paint and used it instead of buying new. He knew where I put it because I showed the PM when we were matching colors. I was sick the day he came to paint the trim. I was resting in my bedroom. Later that evening I opened my cabinet and noticed spilled/dripping paint. I was not happy he went through my cabinets.
I'm sure my insurance paid for new paint.
Paint job on my bathroom vanity is still bad. They had to redo it because the first paint job was awful. I don’t think these were skilled painters. PM communication with his subs not good or just mismanaged.
Mitigation piece was handled fairly well, but we are not happy with restoration so far. We are beginning to worry that the reviews online were accurate and this point in time we would absolutely not recommend ATI.
I haven't had any work done by ATI in years, yet you send me this survey. I wasn't happy with the work done at that time and I am certianly not pleased with being sent a survey when nothing has been done. As I recall, you started sending me these surveys even before the work was completed last time.
Tried to force me into an unnecessary asbestos test. The water damage was in an add-on but in the mid 80’s. 🤬
I appreciated the constant, professional and comprehensive communication by project manager Jay Coyle and his team. All trades were prompt, professional, conscientious and courteous. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend ATI for their restoration expertise.
Not likely to recommend! It took forever to get the initial quote and the excuse was always the insurance adjuster (nearly 2 months). List of requested materials for the job was given to the construction manager and it was as if the project/construction managers weren't communicating about what would and wouldn't be done. Multiple back and forth messages between them pointing the finger at each other and both were clueless. Knowing now what we went through, this pair would not have been on our job. Zero dust mitigation... zero. The AC system was not protected from the clouds of dust created(grinding tile indoors, mortar removal with grinder, grout dust left on tile for 2 weeks). Wet cutting of tile, mixing of mortar all done on the front porch, coating our entry concrete and door in tile mess. The Construction manager at times seemed clueless about the job(dates and times of appointments, changing scheduled visits, and what we had requested to be done, as if he never read his notes) and not a single time followed up with us on his own to see how the job was going. No final walk through of the house has ever been done. They were pushing for us to sign without even inspecting. Personally we just wanted to be done with ATI.
ATI Restoration's communication was good.
ATI Restoration was very professional.
The demolition/water treatment crew was amazing!!! After that, nope. The drywall people didn’t show up the day they were supposed to come. Never covered anything, so drywall dust was all over my kitchen and dining room. Then the cabinet guy showed up and left. Then my insurance company called and said ATI was no longer doing the job.(due to the fact that we wanted to know when someone was going to come to our home, so we could plan to be there). They did not like the fact that we wanted a date and time. We have jobs too and needed to coordinate with our jobs. Can’t work on our home if you can’t get in our home
Have more trustworthy contractor's working for you.
I will never recommend ATI to anyone and will actively tell anyone I can to never use them so that anyone in crisis never has to go through what we are going through because of this company.
They were here when they said they would be here and they did an excellent job.
They were here when they said they would be here and they did an excellent job.
I has given misinformation concerning installation costs. They were inflated and now I am waiting for a refund. Then a very poor leveling was done prior to LVP installation. This has caused joint shifting and cracking noises when walking on the floor. ATI has stated they are willing to repair flooring and waiting on this to be scheduled. Would not recommend this company.
Communication, execution due to down time. No sense of urgency.
The back patio that you repaired was left with huge gaps to the roof where now squirrels are nesting in the attic.
The mitigation crew was excellent. I’m a severely handicapped senior. Because of the great work done by the mitigation team I agreed to the ATI repair work via my nurse. I have macular degeneration in my eyes and cannot read what was sent to my cell phone. I requested someone come to my home to help me. . I was aware of my USAA deductible but not for the issues I have now. Was told I had to pay almost $1500 before the work would even begin. I can pay only by check. I have the $1000 deductible. Someone other than Stacie needs to help me. It’s not personal as her hands are probably tied.
The demo part was super amazing!!!! They covered everything, were very professional and got the job done. The rebuild is currently not going great at all. First day they were to be there between 9 and 10. Showed up around 2. Next done supposed to be there at 830, didn’t show up until 930 and was not completed at 5. Drywall done yesterday and nothing covered. My entire kitchen and dining room is covered in drywall dust. Which all my drawers that were pulled out and in the kitchen area along with my clean dishes are completely covered in dust. Today, cabinet people showed up. Wasn’t even aware they were coming. Communication and punctuality is poor.
