When I filed my insurance claim I chose ATI at the recommendation of my insurer to make things simple. ATI was easy to work with and professional. Rich the project manager handled the entire job like a real pro. Rich went well out of his way to make sure as a client I was satisfied with the work performed. He was always available, courteous and easy to work with. I have no clue if ATI is a good company, but if you happen to get rich assigned to your job then your in luck. As long as they have project managers like him then everything will work out

My home restoration is almost 6 months behind estimated completion date with no justifications.

I am very likely to recommend ATI Restoration because they delivered in a very quick turnaround time once we purchased a property that had deferred maintenance and life and safety issues. They provided their proposals in a timely manner and were excellent with communication, sending status updates and photos throughout the process. They kept us informed of any issues or if they uncovered another problem that required repairs. They sent us pricing if they were to handle it and also allowed us time if we wanted to find another vendor to get additional proposals. Needless to say, we went with ATI the whole way through.

The communication with the client needs improvement. I had to call a few times to get an update.

Great work under a stressful situation from water damage.

I wanted to wait until the project was complete to provide feedback but I am extremely disappointed with the timeline it has been taking to get the work at my home started. My home flooded on July 4th, it’s now Sept 19th and I’m still living with concrete, dusty flooring. The project managers are kind and helpful. I believe they are doing their best so it’s nothing personal. I believe overall better internal processes or infrastructure should be put in place to get work done in a more reasonable timeline. Possibly increasing the efficiency of communication across working teams so action items can be completed at a faster pace.

I am a caregiver for my mother with dementia and she should be at my home by now. I keep pushing back the date and never expected to be living in these conditions so far away from the initial flood at my home. Neighbors, homeowners and colleagues all agree that this is unacceptable. I am only satisfied with how friendly and communicative my project managers have been. It’s a shame that the process would be a negative reflection on them.

Your company is so large that it seems individual projects may get slower service than a more local company.

It was a very slow process getting back into my house.

I had a hard time scheduling work to be done.

The scheduling could be better with homeowner.

They provide fast service and good quality results.

Not a great job. Had to have our carpet reinstalled several times. Installers tried to cover up mistakes and lied about it. Would not recommend.

Company did a great job outsourcing for the drywall, painting and crownmolding. Not sure if the flooring folks was through ATI, but they did an excellent job.

The communication was very bad.

They were very good. All nice and did good work. Rich was very helpful throughout the process.

Even though the customer service and work performance was good I can’t honestly say I would recommend this company ONLY because of the time it took to actually start my restoration.

ATI Restoration was awesome. I have been dealing with them for years, and they are always on time and always get the job done.

It took two years and 3 different project managers to get a partial bathroom reconstruction finished. The last PM (Calvin) was excellent and worked proactively to get the job done, but the previous PMs didn't seem to do anything to move the job forward unless I contacted them to check on the project's status. Getting materials took forever. Scheduling work took forever. The whole process just moved too slowly.

The staff is super responsive. customer-friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner.

I am likely to recommend them a friend because they were great, wonderful, and Jorge took care of me. He was patient with me; I had just gotten out of the hospital. They stayed in contact with me and just great took care of the water that was in here.

Prompt replies. Excellent restoration. Very clean and tidy. Very fortunate to have ATI for my restoration!

My project manager (Jinette) was always rude, behind schedule, and would then blame my wife for it.
