communication wasn't the best and workmanship was not that great and really did not like the quality
My carpenter did close to $4000 worth of work to repair all the sloppy work done by your crews. It would sting less if you were to pick up his bills.
Difficult to work with
At this point I'm still waiting for the project to be completed, so I don't have a completed project to judge them by.
Project communication was awful. Work was not done to my satisfaction and had to be followed-up on. I had one contractor lie, to my face, about work that had been done. I was extremely dissatisfied with the overall program. Ultimately the job was completed but honestly I believe it would have been easier had I coordinated subcontractors myself.
Work has not been completed after waiting months and doing multiple walk thrus
I was told I would be kept up to date the processes by email or text. I wasn’t.
They were responsive and flexible, and worked with the client on any issues until it met my preferred standard.
We had to have the painters come back many times, then they had to bring in a new PM and hire a real painter to get the job right. The electrician left without making sure the plugs worked, they left a utility sink for us to use in the kitchen while it was tore apart but did not connect the drain pipe. I was contacted about 2 years later to tell me I owed them $3100.00 then when asked for the start and end date and what money had been paid it took them approximately a month to sent me the info.
They are highly trusted.
Service was terrible. Project manager was rude, incompetent, and did not do good work at all.
I highly recommend ATI. They are responsive helpful and easy to work with. They completed a quality projectwith a tight deadline and we were impressed!
Once they started thee project was completed quickly with great workmanship
They did awesome work.
Estimated completion time was within 3 months but actual completion time was over 15 months.
Purchasing of materials and promising to complete work that was never completed or done poorly, resulting in further time and cost to repair.
Damaging parts of the home that required another company to come in and repair.
I was not happy with the work and the way they treated me.
The project took over a year with months and months of no communication and no one would return calls. A wall was damaged during the first abatement which then caused all the walls to have to be removed at a later time because asbestos had been disturbed. We had already had to move my 89 year old parents out of the house for the original abatement.
Professional, great communication, easy to get appointment
They were busy and had no availability at the time I called. I had no other company I reached out to that would help with our house flood and when I explained my situation they found a way to respond and handled everything from that point on. It was a long process but everyone that came out and that I dealt with was very kind and professional and knowledgeable of my situation.
