They were good and on time. They came when they said they would be here and their work was satisfactory to me.

The removal of the wet items went well, but the repair process was Horrible!

Communication and coordination was horrible. Three people from ATI (not the insurance adjuster) had to come look at my house before anyone would come to do any work. Updates were inaccurate and I often couldn't get confirmation on when work would be done. No one could get to my house before ~11 AM days when they did work. The workers left a mess / paint on items that weren't supposed to be painted that I have spent a lot of time cleaning up and somethings can't be cleaned - paint splatters on my flooring, light fixture, banister and tile glue in my rug. Supplies/material debris were dumped in front of the house and I got an HOA complaint. On site manager had an attitude and I just couldn't wait to get everyone out of my house and be done even though I don't think the work was done well.

They are very transparent and personable. They are professional.

They did great work and answered all of my questions. They made me feel at ease when they boarded up my house, and I chose them to do the reconstruction of the house.

They did a poor job inspecting the walls. They left two walls wet for over three weeks, almost a month.

I was told that they would communicate every step. They just left everything open in the bathroom with the toilet in the tub , the tiles all removed. If I knew they would not be repairing all of that, I would not allowed the mitigation work to proceed.

I just love their professionalism. I love how they communicate. They break things down step by step and they communicate by email daily. You are always in the know and you are not chasing them down or anything like that.

They were outstanding from the beginning of the process to the end. I am incredibly happy with the work they did on our home.

In the end, the overall experience was unprofessional, poor employee interactions, manipulations and unclear communications throughout the process. They came highly recommend but I never experienced that.

The quality of the work was good, but communication throughout wasn’t what it should have been and getting the project started was slow. I made my first draw payment in October, the project was completed at the start of January. I had a secondary bathroom and closet that needed to be partially put back together and new downstairs flooring. I had a whole bathroom gutted and redone in two weeks, this took almost two and a half months. I understand there are other projects going on and sometimes there are delays with insurance supplements, but some of these delays were just due to bad planning.

ATI has been responsive and has keep me up-to-date on status of project.

Guys that did the work were Friendly yet very professional and helpful.

They were absolutely fantastic. My house looks better than when they started, and the team that worked on the house was phenomenal.

Very honest, saving me a lot of money! They could have been dishonest, charged a bunch of money and I would of had no choice but to pay but they weren't and I'm so happy for their integrity and honesty! Definitely a company I highly recommend!!

Prompt service and professional employees

ATI project Manager, Spencer McDonald, explained what was going to happen during the restoration process. He communicated very well; visited to inspect the progress of the work; answered my questions completely, made sure the exact original flooring was used in the restoration project. I was happy to for the work done.
I still have to reach out to the adjuster for my damaged area rugs etc.

They arrived very soon after we called them about our flooding. They were very professional, and had great communication with us throughout the entire process.
