We are in a town house in Stewart's Glenn. Home Is built great. No Issues in the year we have been here. Team is very attractive to any concern we have had. I would definitely recommend Ashton Woods to anyone looking for a well built home.

First, my new home is fantastic! One-story, really nice layout, beautiful flooring and carpets, exceptional paint job inside and out. I'm ecstatic! Second, the Ashton Woods associates were all extremely knowledgable and very thorough in their work and in keeping me notified of everything during the buying process. They always responded to calls and emails quickly, and I'd say they all went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my new home prior to closing. The walkthroughs were extremely thorough and all issues, which were minor, resolved before closing. I would definitely recommend working with Ashton Woods to buy a new home, they will ensure that you are satisfied.

Alot of dishonesty and difficulty in the process time up to closing. Kate, was very malice and rude to all parties (me, my lender, my loan orignator, and etc..)involved. I had to reach out about her to the corporate team. As a first time home owner it was not an pleasing experience. On the other hand, post move in, Brian has been great in atleast making sure things are taken care of in real time. To make this right offering some compensation for the troubles would be great.

We have been living in our home for 1 year and we love it. We had several warranty issues arise during the year. All have been resolved to our satisfaction. Our neighborhood is charming and we have the best neighbors here in Smyrna.

I would not recommend and definitely would not buy another Ashton Woods home.

Build quality is average.

Some sloppy painting, overspray, doors not closing properly/uneven, not the attention to detail i expected

There were a lot of things wrong with the house that was a part of the construction. No insulation on top of the bonus room; the back door jam had a hole in the jam; the Front and garage doors do not open the correct way; nail pops and splits in the corner walls and openings throughout the house. There is a warranty request done prior to the year end for the nail pops and splits wall splits but the company that is supposed to fix the problem will not schedule to fix the problem.

The personal touch is what sold me. Having the phone number of the builder, and all questions answered in a timely manner. Would recommend to anybody.

I have only had two issues with Ashton Woods. One in the home and one with the payment of the insurance. The breaker in the kitchen keeps tripping. They came back several times to inspect it. They only replaced one breaker, but the issue is ongoing. Now, they are saying that the issue is not with the home. Instead, the issues are the microwave and the refrigerator. My issue with that is that my brother bought the house next door. He has the same brand refrigerator and microwave, but he has not had issues. I am not sure who is supposed to pay the homeowners insurance, but I received a letter stating that the payment has not been received.

I have nothing but great things to say about Corey and his crew. Would most definitely recommend due to builder and crew.

Everyone from Ashton Woods Homes is very friendly and attentive. They are always there when you need them.
