The quality control is poor.

Bought a new build 2026 & dishwasher was not installed properly so the floors flooded, walls and island damaged by water. Warranty company taking way too long to get anything done. Not a great experience.

My two week in my new home, Hot water tank was not working, went to a family's member home to bathe and wash clot My home is a new built, however, to due the on going construction digging up ground for a sidewalk with at the end of property, my home began to fill with ants through out my unit. My refrigerator was installed with scratches on the door, I had to wait my first month for a new install of a replacement door. There is a huge blue ink or paint spot on the outside window pane that will no come out, which I will have to repant over. There is a spot on carpet that wa made by the cleaning service prior to moving which I'm going to have to live with or get the carpet replace.

I visited another builder in the area and was close to signing a contract when I ran across Ashton Woods. I was impressed with the quality of the neighborhood, amenities and rules governing the new neighborhood. I’m glad I chose Ashton Woods

We have had a great experience at Ashton Woods. We’ve needed minor fixes, consistent with typical new builds, but we love our home and have had only positive experiences with Ashton Woods staff.

There has been an electrical issue in the house that still hasn't been resolved. The answer was not to upgrade the lighting in the house. Miserable. And it makes no sense to have something on one break trip things from another breaker.

We have encouraged others to check out our Smyrna neighborhood!!

We are in a town house in Stewart's Glenn. Home Is built great. No Issues in the year we have been here. Team is very attractive to any concern we have had. I would definitely recommend Ashton Woods to anyone looking for a well built home.

First, my new home is fantastic! One-story, really nice layout, beautiful flooring and carpets, exceptional paint job inside and out. I'm ecstatic! Second, the Ashton Woods associates were all extremely knowledgable and very thorough in their work and in keeping me notified of everything during the buying process. They always responded to calls and emails quickly, and I'd say they all went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my new home prior to closing. The walkthroughs were extremely thorough and all issues, which were minor, resolved before closing. I would definitely recommend working with Ashton Woods to buy a new home, they will ensure that you are satisfied.

Alot of dishonesty and difficulty in the process time up to closing. Kate, was very malice and rude to all parties (me, my lender, my loan orignator, and etc..)involved. I had to reach out about her to the corporate team. As a first time home owner it was not an pleasing experience. On the other hand, post move in, Brian has been great in atleast making sure things are taken care of in real time. To make this right offering some compensation for the troubles would be great.

I love my new home!

We have been living in our home for 1 year and we love it. We had several warranty issues arise during the year. All have been resolved to our satisfaction. Our neighborhood is charming and we have the best neighbors here in Smyrna.

I would not recommend and definitely would not buy another Ashton Woods home.

Build quality is average.
