We have owned many home around the Midwest USA and this experience with Ashton Woods Homes was one of the best! The AW team was ready, willing, capable, and professional throughout the entire process.
Everyone we had contact with were knowledgeable and wanted to make the experience great.
Ashton Woods Homes lived up to all expectations I had for buying a home.
The homes are lovely and the community is well kept and looks stunning!
great experience working with Brittany and Allie!
1) "To be built" homes should allow for some options... Example: As a tall senior citizen, I requested high profile toilets. Melba, the VP Sales said she would check on it... but came back with a "not possible" response... so now, I have to remove both toilets in my home and replace them with high profile ones. Also, I requested eggshell paint throughout the home instead of flat paint... again, I was told not possible. Flat paint does not wear well... the builder should recognize this and allow a homeowner to upgrade. I was willing to pay for both of these upgrades but the answer was still "Not possible"
2) I have had a reasonably pain-free experience so far with my new home... however, the horror stories I have heard from multiple owners of spec homes in Cades Bluff give me cause to worry. I reserve further comment until my 1 year inspection and experience with the warranty company.
Friendly and helpful
I would definitely recommend a Ashton Woods Home. I believe my neighbors feel the same.
Very professional people at AW. Well made homes and the community when finished will be great
For what we paid for the house & little amount of space we actually received is disappointing. Also, the front office
Well built. Construction details excellent.
We liked the location to All of restaurants, doctors, dentists, chiropractors,, family, hospitals and other important services that we need, since we are new to the area.
Homes are decent, the builder has been selling to too many rental companies.
I had an issue with the electricity, and Ashton Woods Homes (Nashville) was never able to make the correction. My AC also gave me issues. At the moment, the AC is running, but it is a temporary fix. They said they had to order a part to replace it. I have been waiting for 2 months for the part that needs to be replaced.
The quality of the plumbing work and the pipelines was not good.
Honest people, did everything they promised.
Lack attention to detail…paint overspray, walls now square, vents are not level, etc.
Ashton Woods Homes (Nashville) has good quality products.

The quality control is poor.
Bought a new build 2026 & dishwasher was not installed properly so the floors flooded, walls and island damaged by water. Warranty company taking way too long to get anything done. Not a great experience.
My two week in my new home, Hot water tank was not working, went to a family's member home to bathe and wash clot My home is a new built, however, to due the on going construction digging up ground for a sidewalk with at the end of property, my home began to fill with ants through out my unit. My refrigerator was installed with scratches on the door, I had to wait my first month for a new install of a replacement door. There is a huge blue ink or paint spot on the outside window pane that will no come out, which I will have to repant over. There is a spot on carpet that wa made by the cleaning service prior to moving which I'm going to have to live with or get the carpet replace.
Quality. Customer Service.
Plug placement not conducive for hiding cords without looking out of place and just ugly
I visited another builder in the area and was close to signing a contract when I ran across Ashton Woods. I was impressed with the quality of the neighborhood, amenities and rules governing the new neighborhood. I’m glad I chose Ashton Woods
