I have had 2 neighbors ask me about the roof already.

Overall very fairly impressive process from sales through installation, however a few minor issues post installation.

Actually the day the roof replacement was being done 2 of my neighbors dropped by to get some information about the company. Justin Thornhill dropped by to check on project and sent him over their way to introduce himself and provide them a card and brochure.

From start to finish, it was an easy process. Tanner was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable about the work. Not to mention, it was a job well done. The schedule was adhered to. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. Overall, I'm happy we chose Amstill Roofing.

Amstill Roofing did an excellent job. My neighbor had highly recommended them, so when I wanted my roof inspected, I called them. Adam made a video of his inspection and it clearly showed that my roof needed to be replaced. After I signed the contract, they brought several samples for me to choose from. Their crew arrived exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently to finish in one day. They installed additional roof vents to prevent future roof damage from an overheated attic. Before leaving, they cleaned up perfectly, even using large magnets to pick up nails.

I really appreciated David Orr who came back and explained all the different materials available, the warranties and the process. Also on the day of installation the crew came on time and worked efficiently to get the job done and cleaned up. Our roof looks great.

We would certainly recommend if asked, but it is not likely that anyone would ask.

Besides the new roof, Amstill also recommended the Solar powered Attic Fans, which help vent the hot air out of the Attic Space without any electrical cost. They are working very well. Amstill also was able to add Leaf Guards and update some gutter issues i had. Overall they did a very good job and left the yard just like they found it: CLEAN!

I liked that there was no hassle and the transparency provided by the employees that represented Amstill. From the sales person that first arrives to go over the options and how knowledgeable about their products and service, to the project manager that showed up during the installation to watch over the project and keep me informed of the progress. The quality showed by all personnel on site, to the cleanup of the property before leaving the job site.

I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the market for a new roof, I don't believe you will be disappointed with the results!

Everyone was friendly and professional. I liked Tanner's thorough video explanation of issues with our roof and siding. I didn't feel like he was trying talk us into getting something we didn't need. Many of the salesman we interviewed exemplified the slimy, untrustworthy stereotype.

Biggest issue I have is with communication once the contract was signed. Seemed like I was getting calls, emails, and texts before the context but once the contract was signed and we had questions or issues there was no follow up.
