They missed the first few deadlines. The roofers themselves spoke no English, cut corners, and did sloppy drip-edge work. It took 4 months to do the job. The drip edge contractor and two of the workers urinated in front of my house in plain view of my neighbors sitting on her front porch, and I had to talk her off the ledge to keep her from calling the sheriff's office. There is still a battery charger they left on my front porch. It was not a pleasant experience. I do not recommend.

ARAC Roof It Forward put a roof on the house in June; it was leaking 3 days later. It has been 6 months, and they still haven't repaired my roof. They did it in one day, but it was leaking 3 days later. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would.

The crew was very careful in protecting plants and srubs. The cleanup after work was excellent. No nails left on home.

From start to finish, I had a great experience from the whole team at Roof It Forward.

The salesperson was attentive, and he showed concern, and he was pleasant.

My sales representative was the one who made the job happen. He had excellent communication skills and provided me with a good price. It may not have been the lowest, but it was the best as far as the warranty. You have to be careful who you hire to do a roof. I checked out their profile thoroughly. I normally do not do reviews, but when they do a good job, I will.

The roofing crew was incredible. They arrived on time and brought the material on time. They finished the job in exactly the time projected.

Pick up nails - we found over 100 nails after the crew left, plus a flat tire to go with it!

We had a problem with roofing nails being left behind, and it was dangerous because they were left around the pool and driveway.

First contact was in 2021, on recommendation by real estate agent. In 2025, we asked for quote on new roof. ARAC was responsive to our questions, provided a competitive bid, and offered a total package that met our desire for a quality install.
