They were extremely professional and were very helpful and guided me through the whole process. They sent a professional manager, and I was happy with what they did. There was some damage to the canvas awning on the house, and it got damaged. As soon as they saw it, they sent the company over, measured it, and are making a new awning for it.

Came early and finished the Roof kn one day.

Dave was very helpful. Even helping communicate with the insurance company. Everyone that i interacted with from AR roofing was also so polite and helpful. Josh and his crew were done in around 6 hours with the entire roof. The office lady (sorry I don't remember your name) was always very helpful when I called. The first night I had a roof leak prior to getting a new roof I was calling everywhere and they said it was too cold to come tarp it. When I called AR roofing they came out within a few hours and tarped it for me. Thank you all. The roof looks great!

Although a newer company they strive to make customer service a priority and do whatever they can to make the customer happy. Even getting the owner involved if need be.
