John is a wonderful representative to enable every process smoothly among different parties. The quality of roof and siding replacement is top.

It took over 3 months for them to do a simple roof. I need a window and sliding door replaced as well. It still hasn't been done. I'm not very happy with Apple Roofing.

The Roofing crew was efficient, clean, friendly and worked in the rain to finish my project quickly. No loud music just good solid work.
The window wrap team was creative and they look fantastic

Everyone I worked with was incredibly responsive, kind, thorough and wanted to do a great job. They helped me navigate a incredibly complex insurance process, and in the end, got everything fixed well beyond my expectations. This includes my roof having a lot of surprises once we got started.

Very Likely to Recommend. Jason was very easy to talk to and was helpful in showing me what needed to be done and helping me choose the color of the roof. The team doing my roof was fast and friendly. I was extremely impressed that the roof was done in one day!

I was left wondering about what was happening and when it was happening. I had to reach out to get this information.

Everything was professional and timely from start to finish.

Angelica Contreras was fantastic to deal with as a project manager. She was polite, considerate, professional, and responsive.

The two gentlemen that came and worked on my roof. We’re very efficient and what they did. They worked in that hut weather very polite. Very nice men did a very nice job.

Very unprofessional lied to me from the beginning didn’t do what you said you would very disappointed with it

The work done on my house was excellent, and the customer service was fantastic. Easily recommend as excellent. I will certainly contact them again for any future roofing needs.

They did a 5 star job

Communication was great. Loved working with Brenden

There are still materials blocking my side yard 10 days after the job was completed. The final clean-up was never completed.

Apple Roofing was efficient and delivered as promised.

There was a lot of confusion and missed communications until a higher level manager got involved.

Communication on day of job was poor. Also I couldn't even access my driveway. Would like to have known that I couldn't be home til after 9 pm. And when I asked how much longer (I asked in Spanish) and was told a half hour at 7:30 pm but they were still there at 9 pm. Frustrating.
Overall they were ok.

From start to finish, there were problems with the job by Apple Roofing, and I don’t know where to begin.

Due to the time to complete this 'job'... it's now 7months (began in April .. its now November) Received this to evaluate yet have not been informed that the job is 'done' . Plus am not able to evaluate the quality of the work since I have not seen any pictures of the work done. Requested but have not received any.

The only thing I didn't like was that after my gutters were taken down it was almost 2 weeks before the new ones were put up.

They were very professional. They got the job done on time, and I'm very happy with their work.
