Conversation with the home office and t he people they transferred me to in my area. Ethan Mackey always friendly and respectful. The people that came out to the house was just as respectful and courteous also.

It was not done in a timely manner. It took them three and a half months to get the siding put on my house. The first time, they ordered the wrong siding, and Apple Roofing was going to install it even though it wasn’t correct. It then took another two and a half months to get the right siding, and now the color is mismatched. I can’t get anyone to respond or call me back, and that’s been going on for almost a month now. It’ll be a full month on January 10th.

Mainly due to what I consider poor communication on the project and follow up. I felt like I was on a very long list of clients and didn’t get the response expected. I went with Apple because I was told the claim process would be seamless because Apple is preferred contractor. I did not find that to be the case at all. It was a very choppy claim process with lots of confusion on status. I never met the consultant on the project not once.
However the contract who completed the project was efficient and professional so my rating is mixed.

They use a lot of unprofessional tactics and change the things you agreed to in the contract. The contractors are not truthful and don't want to do what they said they would, and they use cheaper materials than what you order. I thought they would be more professional and straight forward with their customers.

They have not finished the job. A piece fell off and they have not come back to finish the job.

Cover gutters when tearing off roof so nails. etc. do not get into downspout.

I have been through so many different people trying to get my roof and siding done. Everybody tells me different things, and when they say that somebody will get back with me, nobody gets back with me. I wouldn't use Apple Roofing again.

I would definitely use Apple Roofing again. They were professional and neat on every stage from estimating to material delivery to actual work and cleanup.

Lack of communication - my sales rep was changed 3 times with little or no notice, and the material delivery and roof installation were scheduled with zero notice.

I am not a racist person, but the people who came to do the roofing, only one person could speak English, and he was not there the whole time. I had a couple of questions, and I had to basically wait until he came back to pick the big trailer they put all the stuff in to ask my questions.

Would NOT recommend. Never using this company again.
