Lack of communication. Never knowing if or when something was getting fixed. And lying about needing plywood on the roof. I was told. That the building department would not let it pass without the plywood. I called the building apartments. They said that's BS.

The roofing crew was not trained, installed a whirlybird vent in the wrong location and oriented at an angle. No supervisor and when the owner came to correct the mistake he said they hadn’t been trained, but it was OK because he knew what he was doing because he had been in the business 20 years and it was OK even though it was incorrect.. took them two tries to get it correct I had to show them on the roof how it needed to be done and where they needed to be placed. and they didn’t have the equipment needed, no level had to borrow mine to correctly install the whirlybird.

Exceptionally poor communication and follow-up. Overall frustrating and unsatisfying experience.

Very professional during the preliminary stages coming out and evaluating the job making sure to check with the city and completing all of the necessary HOA paperwork in a timely manner.

Overall great job. A few things to improve: 1. Create and submit a Safety Plan. 2. Better at site logistics. There was a parking fiasco on the first day. This could have been avoided with better planning and communication. 3. We received a complaint that material was left behind in an owner's designated parking spot, causing them to park off site. 4. Make it mandatory for your combination of crews to wear Apple Roofing shirts. This will make you look like one company instead of five different companies. 5. Submit a Warranty & Operation Manual at the end of the job, listing what material was used, along with material and craftmanship warranities.

We went through a very challenging insurance claim process that lasted over 11 months, and Brian and his team were with us every step of the way. They helped us navigate the process, gathered and submitted the necessary documentation, and attended all three inspections.

They also took detailed photos, maintained consistent communication with our insurance company, and ensured everything required was provided promptly and accurately. Throughout a long and often frustrating process, they were reliable, responsive, and steady advocates for us.

Once the claim was approved, their crew completed the roof replacement with high-quality workmanship, and we’re very pleased with the final result.

Setup and scheduling was clear and efficient. Re-roofing was timely and efficient. My only (minor) complaint is they did a good job cleaning up, but left a few trimmed branches laying around.

My overall experience was really good. When my representative quit responding, it was really aggravating. There was a period of about 4 to 5 weeks where everything went into a dark hole, and I don't think the company responded appropriately.

4700 sq.ft. Home completed in 1 day. Great job & the crew cleaned up the property afterwards.

The work has been very good, however some of the communication has not been up to par in the past.

I would recommend them to a friend because they did a wonderful, detailed job.

Didn't know how to install gutters, arrived unannounced one day and scared my wife while she was still in bed and the flashing along the chimney was not dome. They stayed that they left the flashing to the chimney company to do. It was Apples responsibility to replace all necessary flashing.

Fast response at all levels

Our sliding door was damaged by the patio concrete company. They were thankfully willing to pay for it but it required a bit of back and forth with them and Apple Roofing. Benjamin was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Very relieved it was taken care of correctly!
