the communication was off a few times. i had to call or text and get it straightened out.they left building materials in the driveway.then the guy came and only cleaned up part of it. then another guy came and put the rest in his truck. i paid somebody to pick up nails. i have a bag of over 500.then when they flashed the fireplace,they left big pieces of metal in the yard. they picked up some of it a few days later. there are still 2 pieces out there.we have another place on the ceiling around the fireplace that has leaked, but wasnt there before.the facia on the garage looks wavy.outside of these items, we are pleased with our roof and would call amos again.

Project was supposed to take 90 days. We are now at 150 plus and I have no idea when Amos will complete the work.

After installation, there have been a series of leaks; Amos hired an independent person to dry wall and paint ceilings in several sections; they have occurred over a three month period; they responded quickly after I called, but the installation should have not created a problem with leaks, and ceiling damage. I am waiting for the next rain storm to see if I will need to call them again to fix more leaks and repair more ceiling damage. Hopefully we are finally done.

Amos Exteriors was quick to set things up, but they have still not completed the siding job. It's been 3+ months.

I am still waiting on correspondence from them and have been for a couple of weeks. I have unfinished projects from them that I have paid money for; what they have done was done poorly, damaged my property, and left materials out, which killed my dog; they said they would reimburse the expenses for my dog; they threw materials on top of my chickens, which traumatized them to where they would not lay any eggs. There were materials I was billed for where I witnessed the contractors put in their vehicles and they were never used. I still have damage; they cut a massive hole on the side of my house. they put a vent over my kitchen, which should have been in the bathroom. The person, Duke, who I started this process with, inappropriately contacted me on several occasions and would discuss personal matters, pressing the professional boundaries. I have been told several times this would be fixed and it has not been done. I have reached out several times and the only correspondence I get is to fill out surveys so here I am doing the survey.

The workers worked hard and cleaned everything up afterwards, was impressed with the Roof and workers.

We had several areas of damage around our home caused by the roofing crew, Craftmanship of the finish work counter flashing in particular was subpar by any standard.

I have told many people about this company, very professional and all paperwork in order for insurance, etc.

I had no problem working with Amos and everyone was kind and very professional. I just thought maybe I should’ve price checked as I felt they were a little high priced. But the roof looks great and I’m happy with the end result.

The price was highly competitive, coming in lower than all other quotes for the same product. Sales staff was friendly and informative and the project manager was highly responsive and knowledgeable. The work crew was very hard working, polite, and friendly.

Amos did a great job on the work that was needing done to our home. They were polite, prompt, clean and professional every step of the way and would certainly recommend them for any job.

Just a phenomenal job. From the second they arrived, they worked hard to get the job finished and they cleaned the yard spotless before leaving. They also removed or replaced everything that I requested. I love my new roof!

The job supervisor who came out did a fabulous job at helping us arrive at the right solution, all the way from picking the right materials to some of the finer details, such as the trim. We also had some specific questions about certain vents, and they were able to answer those very well.

Friendly, knowledgeable company with a fair price. Roof looks great and haven't had any issues since installation. Unfortunately had a few problems at installation due to rain that day, but they did their best to correct it.

I can't stay enough about Mr. Wagner. He was so helpful in getting everything taken care of and making sure it was done right. I was in Scottsdale most of the time and he kept me informed about everything that was going. They did a great job on the roof and my neighbor was so impressed with the job they did and would have let them do her roof. They did an outstanding job and I love the roof. I decided on the color, it looked great. I could not be happier. I was very pleased. My husband passed a year ago. I had to handle this by myself and MR. Wagner was so helpful and made it easy for me.

I would recommend all but the one employee they had who was very disorganized. I feel good they took care of the situation. As soon as they took care of that, everything went very smoothly. They let Josh go.

I was very satisfied with the whole process of getting a replacement roof. It was nice to see a supervisor walk the entire roof after the crew had finished just to double check everything. It's been a few months since the install and I've had no issues, just a well installed roof! Thanks Amos for your professionalism.
