The staff member from start to finish were all superb.
They did a great job overall. The price was a little higher than I expected but with a life time warranty I hope it’s worth it. The installers were a little late getting here but they worked continuously throughout the day and got it done in one day. The project scheduler checked in with me to make sure it was being done okay. It’s only been one week but I would recommend them.
After spending 20+ thousand dollars it didn’t feel like the job was when they didn’t paint the area where demolition was done.
Communications with this company were excellent and the work was professionally done. I would not hesitate to recommend Statewide Remodeling!
I liked the workmanship and courtesy of the worker, Gabriel. Great job!
Prioritize ongoing projects.
Install team (some related to each other) worked very well together. Very focused, tidy, conscientious.
Ordering process. Troubleshooting. When issues arose with stucco flanges. Management attempted to tell me the model I ordered might not come with stucco flanges. That upset me more than anything else because I felt that if I were not able to research this, I would not have known that was not true. This is a manager who I feel should have known that this isnt true. Statewide are the experts and people come to them with trust to inform them on what they don't know. It was made right, but only because I knew better and not because the manager voluntarily did the right thing by the customer.
Everyone with whom I had dealings demonstrated professionalism in their knowledge and their attitudes toward me, as the client.
The men made sure to cover my floor and counter top. They cleaned up after they finished. The quality of work was very good.
All of the people I dealt with, particularly Anthony and Michael, were just the best, competent, respectful and congenial.
Work was done on time and professionally. Workers were polite and friendly. House was carefully managed for removal of debris so no damage occurred. Customer service has responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely use this company again.
Very professional and installer high skill and quality.
Good value and easy to work with.
It would have been better if all the windows had been properly sized, I am still missing the big window in the dining room, and living room. the Guestimate would be installation next week or the week after.
The price was WAY higher than it should have or could have been, but the products and services are very good.
The installation team,Gus and Miguel, were polite, punctual and experienced in the walk in shower install; which resulted into giving me a quality product in 2 days!
Very professional. They managed to move my install date up.
answered all questions that I asked
Communicated well with me. Professional, courteous.
Beautiful work and lots of patience.
Definitely would recommend. Very professional, very expedient, and very good product!!
Finished product is amazing. Installers did a great job. Much appreciate their friendly, professional manner
They were very courteous and finished the project ahead of time
I would recommend Statewide but warn them that they aren't cheap. However, the quality is great and their work excellent.
My only concern with recommending is that they would have to be ready fir the price
Everybody showed up for my job when they were supposed to. Crew was polite. The guys worked really hard.
Your communication needs to improve drastically.
The quality work material and the workers were nice and always cleaned up after every days work
Professional, tidy, and pleasant.
Follow up was very prompt
Perfessional installation and kept things very clean.
I only hesitate to give a 10 because I had such an aggravating experience with the sales staff. The install team was really wonderful and despite being over-promised by sales, fulfilled every aspect of what I was promised and went beyond to ensure I was happy.
Very happy with my new shower. Looks fantastic! Install guys were very professional and timely!
The shower is wonderful. The installers did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The instalation took a little longer than estimated because my small town did not have the materials they needed. They had to drive to the next town. Inclement weather also caused delays.
The sales person was informative and not high-pressure. Answered all my questions willing to look at every payment option and credits to lower final price.
We were given an excellent sales presentation, a timely installation schedule, and professional installation.
A little more information up front would have been helpful, however, all issues have been resolved to complete satisfaction.
Everyone in the company very professional and pleasant to communicate with. Always responded to messages with answers to my questions.
Everything was efficient and timely. Communication with each of the team members was clear and responsive.
The whole team was extremely professional and caring. They made sure we understood everything before the work started and they followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working and to make sure we were satisfied.
The remodeling job was done competently and cleanly. Our new walk-in-shower is great.
way too over priced and way too many people that were involved with the communication. There was at least 6 different people in communication plus the contractor.
The lack and disrespect of a person's time. My 5 day shower install started Jan 24 and still has yet to be complete as of this typing on 3/11/25 1513. It first started with the second measurements which James in which he gave me a window of 10am-2pm on 12/12/24 which we agreed upon. I told him that I had an EKG scheduled that morning so to put me closer the the 2pm part of the window. He had me reschedule because he already booked outside of my area and was hoping to be home by noon. So we agreed upon 12/16/24 between 10-1030. When James measured my shower he asked me for my threshold height and I told him it was to be 2". I was 1st notified of my job to start on 1/20-25 by Juan Hernandez. I set up with my work to allow me to work from home that week only to be texted back to change my start date to 1/25-30. I received another text l later to ask to start on 1/24 which I obliged. 1/24 Josh and Brad came to start the demo and drop off the the supplies which were not right concerning the niche I ordered was to be a horizontal one (vertical niche placed), missing footbar, and the threshold was set up for a 4" height. Josh called to notify Ryan of the mix up. I receive a call from Ryan Shultz who told me that nothing would happen on 1/25 and we would wait to start 1/27 when Peter would be in town. I met with Peter and explained what the job was to entail and he assured me that he could to the 2" and modify the the pan and threshold. During the week it was stated that they would show up about 8-830 and seldomly did usually arrived 0845-0945. On 1/29 I called Josh to ask if Peter was ok because he hadn't showed up by 10am. I was told that they had to pick up some supplies. They arrived about 1115. There where also plenty of trips to Home Depot to get supplies. Peter and Brad worked on the install, quality of work great, which was close to being finished and was told Peter would come in 2/2 to finish. On 1/31 Josh came in and looked over the job and asked that since it was "95-98%" if I would sign off on the job completion paperwork since we had the plan for Peter to come in on 2/2 to finish and so they could close out their January jobs. Which I obliged in good faith. I told Peter that I had leave for church at 0800 and would leave my front door open for him to come in and finish. Work to be completed was to finish tiling the sides and up part of niche, add trim to niche and tub area, and grout two walls of the shower. When I get home at 1230 I text him to see how things were going because his truck wasn't there so I thought he went to the store and get a reply that he had a family emergency and had to get back to Denver. That is fine but I shouldn't have to reach out to find out. I agreed to wait till he got back into town so he could finish. Ryan set up for Josh and a helper to come and finish the remaining items on 2/4 in which they did. Josh forgot to put the epoxy in the grout to harden and when the helper came to pull the support forms on 2/5 the grout was still soft and the trim was flush on the bottom and raised along the sides and across the top. Set up to have Brad come and remove all the soft grout on 2/8. 2/7 received a call from Ryan saying that he would give me a discount for rushing the completion, having it messed up and needing to get redone. Ryan asked me if I would change my survey results since we had a plan to finish the job and that I was pleased with Peter as a whole on the quality of work and stated that this section titled "I am likely to recommend Statewide Remodeling Albuquerque/Santa Fe to a friend" was actually a reflection on Peter and not Statewide as a whole. So I agreed in good faith once again. He assured me that whether or not I changed the survey it would not affect if me receiving a discount. I had to put things on pause for a week because of job demand and having to run tests for General Mills R&D group. Talked with Peter on 2/26 to set up work again and agreed upon 0800 on 3/1. At 0745 on 3/1 he notifies me that he had to work late in Durango, stood the night, and was just leaving would be by my place after dumping trash. Durango is a 4-4.5 hour drive so i figured he'd be into town about 1pm since it was windy. He notifies me at 3pm that he just got back into town and I let him know that I had a birthday to go to and left already. We agreed for him to show up at 0745 on 3/2 and that I would leave at 0800 whether he was there or not. He did arrived at the agreed upon time. Peter regrouted everything. After a thorough inspection I sent him pictures of the uneven niche trim, a chipped tile on the left wall of the the niche. I forwarded the same pictures to Ryan as well and we set up to meet on 3/5 to meet with Peter and look at everything together. I did reschedule for 3/6 for personal reasons. We met and went over everything. Ryan asked if I would just leave it and receive more discount. I opted to have it corrected to have the tile replaced and the trim set flush. We agreed on 3/7 at 1100 and Peter and Brad came in to start removing tile and trim. Brad came back on 3/8 to finish installing the tile and Peter was to finish. Peter brought up some options, since he would have to remove four tiles to set the trim properly, we discussed different ways to complete it with minimizing more tile removal. We agreed on a "T-bar trim". He let me know that he would be back into town on 3/10 to complete the work. At 0744 received text from Peter "Sir good morning, I'm flying in today and heading straight to you. What time works? Thank you". I let him know 3pm. I texted him at 618pm asking if everything is alright and I found out that he is at the airport and would be here today 3/11 at 3pm. It is now 530pm and he is not here and I haven't heard from him. My shower is still not completed and here I filling this Completion Survey once again and my job is not complete.
Salesperson told me that Statewide did all their own work. Instead, subcontractors did all the work. Scheduling was not communicated, nothing was “ready to go” as promised, the list goes on.
Great experience with professional people from office staff to installers.
The only issue I had was the clean up after. There was debris left under each window and in my kitchen sink. Other than that they did a great job
I have already filled this survey out once but I misunderstood one of the questions wrong. It was about the installers who were absolutely the best!!! So I will look for that question again and correct my response. The rest of my first response stands.
Sales rep Steve Parker was Exceptional. we worked together on the scope of the project, selection of Materials, and Steve was always responsive to emails, texts, and voicemails or person to person calls. Antonio, the Installer was exceptional. He is a true carpenter/craftsman, he discussed the project every day, choices and decisions for layout of both bath/shower and trim of the installation. Antonio would always confer on questions and would get concurrence on any decisions requiring customer input or decision making.
The only reason I did not rate this a 10 was the confusion over a WOC and who was responsible for the custom shower door. After discussion with Sales, I agreed that the shower was not in scope and we had discussed during contract and original scope. However, I was asked to agree and sign an WOC for the shower door installation may take an additional two weeks. Project Oversight stated would contact 3rd party vendor for measurements and install. 3rd party vendor after two weeks, stated that they did not have a signature from Statewide Construction for project approval and start. 3rd party also stated they needed to contact Statewide in order for me to assume responsibility and pay for the shower door because pricing was not to be provided to the customer.
So now it will be almost 4 weeks instead of two weeks for shower door installation.
I was called by the Service Finance Company about job completion. I stated all was completed except for the shower door install. SFC initiated a complaint about the confusion on the shower door responsibility. Based on WOC and conversations with project supervision, I thought Statewide was responsible for the shower , although, I agreed with sales it was not in original contract, it appeared, since I was asked to sign WOC and I annotated in Job Completion paperwork, I was waiting for the shower door install, Statewide submitted job completion paperwork to SFC for payment. I am happy with sales, quality of product, and installation, I was not happy with final closeout and delay in installation of shower of door, regardless of responsibility, there was no attempt made by supervision to clarify or inform the customer of their understanding of shower door responsibility and payment. It was left to Sales, the 3rd Party Vendor, and the Customer to resolve.
Its too bad, a $47,000 project, has a negative ending over a shower door installation of $1,100 and a delay of 4 weeks.
I have had issues with different companies not being responsive to my needs but these guys surpassed!
Installer was great; corporate was by turns confusing, inconsistent and has a high overhead which provides little value.
