Job was done just as I was told and finished when expected.

The installation crew was on time

Quality is not according to the price was charged. Finishing was not as per expectations.

The sales rep Dee McLelland was very helpful and explained everything. Installation performed by Christian Castro was excellent and worked from the time he arrived till the time he finished the job. Installation was just as described by Dee and was actually done a couple of weeks earlier than first scheduled. I would highly recommend this company.

Communication is everything, especially when it comes to installation. Not sure if you had an installer that lived in Alabama? Person that installed lived 3 1/2 hours away in Florida which makes for a long day for him. Came back to complete the install on second day.

Shower was not functional after installation. Tried to take a shower and no hot water and my bathroom floor was wet due to the door not flush with the wall.

I recommend shopping around. We could have gotten the same quality windows cheaper. The frames are very wide and we lost a lot of glass/view.

I have already recommended MaxHome to several friends. The install was quick and the install team did a terrific job cleaning up after themselves. I will also tell those I recommend in the future to be prepared for the extra expense of having to finish or redo the outside window treatments. Overall, the windows themselves look great!
