The process from sales to measuring to install was done professionally and to satisfaction. The window installation team was awesome.

When I bought the windows with the sales rep he told me that I would hear about scheduling install of the windows once they came in from the manufacturer and that that would most likely be in in November. When I still hadn't heard anything by December I reached out to see what the hold up was and it was right away that they scheduled the install. It made it seem like they had the windows in but I had just been skipped for scheduling and the windows had been sitting.

They were actually very professional and did a great job.

The windows are fantastic. The installation was smooth and any hiccups we had with the ordering process were handled professionally by the sales team. The only flaw with the process is the mobile application. It really needs to recognize multiple accounts instead of the one account linked during initial inquiry.

From the moment Jeff arrived until the completion of the job, he was professional, kept the work area clean, and provided a quality installation.

Aleks in sales was very professional, answered all my questions, explained the services offered and billing. AWS kept in touch with me from sales to status on eta of windows to installation date providing details of what to expect and when. Jeff the installer was fantastic, professional, courtesy-and I asked him a lot of questions-hard, hard worker. Jeff showed up as expected during the eta window. Worked straight through replacing 5 windows including measuring all the caps for the windows to match the area. Amazed at how hard he worked!

The crew was very effluent, hard working, protected my belongings and floors with plastic, cleaned up after themselves.

Product was a tad pricey. An salesmen was suppose to come back after installation. I guess to see the completed work an to see if we were satisfied. But he never came back over.

Outstanding workmanship

We did not receive the correct screens at the time of install, we had to reschedule to get the correct screens and at the rescheduled date one of the screens they brought did not fit because they sent the wrong size and we are still waiting for that screen to be made and of course,once it is finally ready we will have to reschedule again to have it installed.
